Tim, you're just the best. I found you through Dan John. You guys are cut from the same cloth. Good humans, helping other good humans with their bodies.
You've got some SERIOUS control!!💪I'm learning some of these primitive moves and this is the perfect breakdown how-to!!👍 I've already watched a few of your videos so far and they immediately go into my saved list. Thanks!
I also discovered your channel from Dan John. I am a creaky, not full-ROM imitation of what you are doing here, but I added a three-point bridge in the middle (or at least the beginnings of the full form). As bad as it is, i have actually improved, and combined with Rocking it sets me up for the day.
played with this today and wow! yes! def feel some new connection to the x and core. thank you for sharing this one. always looking forward to more of what you are sharing. these videos paired with your book have changed my whole idea of movement. and the new microphone is sounding great!
Thanks, Tim - your rocking vids and these ones are really helping me connect whole body but it will take a while - awesome content - Happy New Year from East Coast Canada ♥🙂
Going through all these vids, old and newer. Wish I had seen these a few years ago when I was struggling with my recovery…trying the reset strength book as well. I’d love to say it’s pain free. 👍🤪🏳️🌈
I've surprised myself and got it(not quite mastered yet), bit like beginnings of a TGU. I've put in a lot of time in the past few weeks on OS and really appreciate all these great videos expanding on the basics. OS and becoming bulletproof have really shifted my thoughts on what is effective for the body(and mind) after years of heavy squats and deadlifts. Keep up the good work.
After continuously keeping at it for more or less a year, I can counter laterally load my limbs now. I am right handed and find it much easier to load my right leg and left hand. Any suggestions??
There are all sorts of modifications. The trick is finding the one for you! If it is an arm length issue, a small bolster, like a yoga block may do the trick. You would place your hand on the block to give you a few extra inches to lift your butt off the floor.
@@OriginalStrengthSystem it surely is and admittedly animal flow is nothing original but it's well put together in an easy to remember and practice system.
Hey, if you’re new to our channel we only have one real rule: don’t move into pain. Move where you can without pain, no matter how small the movement. You may find your issues melt away over time.

To be lumped with Dan, that’s quite the compliment. Thank you for the encouragement!

Amazing control you have!

After a bit of exploration on your channel, I would say this resembles your “Elevated Push-up Roll”
I’m so glad you’re here! Dan John is great! I love that guy so much. Great work on the elevated roll with a bridge! Those movements yield big returns!

Jeremy, thank you so much for writing in and thanks for the encouragement. I am so happy you are discovering your original strength!
Very good! You can also get up from that position, to incorporate a squat.
This is Golden! Thanks Tim.

It’s ok if it takes a while as long as it continues to “take!” Keep going my friend. And, Happy New Year!
@ 54 yrs old I am just getting started and back to the fundamentals ❤ @@OriginalStrengthSystem

I hope you find the book and videos to be helpful.
Trying this right now!
Awesome, Travis! Please feel free to report back on how it goes!
Nice bro
fun and challenging!
Almost like a dance move - great - makes me want to master it.
You can master it, Walter!

just discovering you!! this is very swell stuff, thanks :)
Thanks for checking us out, Sarah. I hope it’s useful to you!
Painting infinities with sprawled leg is much fun, too!!! And I mean in both positions1
That sounds awesomely brutal!
it makes absolute sense 👍
so who is your Sound Engineer? that guy is killing it!
Thank you. That made me laugh!
Similar to part of the turkish getup. I like the elbow touch
The TGU is a great movement.
Classic !
I really do love this movement.
After continuously keeping at it for more or less a year, I can counter laterally load my limbs now. I am right handed and find it much easier to load my right leg and left hand. Any suggestions??
You’re doing fantastic!!! The difference between sides you are noticing is normal. But, keep showing up like you have and the gap will narrow.
I'm working on levitating my whole body.
Ha! Send a video!
Its like Break Dancing yoga version badass
Ooh, I like how you think.
This is like watching Bob Ross paint.
Ha! Thank you, that is a tall compliment!
I’m stronger then I thought!
Of course!
From X 2 Z 💥
You ain't wanna hotbox with me!...
Is there a nice I can practice first to gain the strength to lift my bum off the floor?

Hm. Is there a modification I can do, since I can't get my butt off of the floor?

Thank you! That worked like a charm!
That's great!
❤🎉❤🎉😂🎉
Looks like a lot like Animal Flow
Or, maybe animal flow looks a lot like this. Either way, it's good stuff.

This aggravates my left groin area :-(
