    Hello Mr. Anderson. What an exercise again! I have to say you something. Until a few months ago I was completely out of alignment. Lordosis, kyfosis, scoliosis, rounded shoulders, uneven hips and shoulders. It was absolutely terrible. I even had to go to surgery 2 yrs ago cos I lost my ability to swallow. I was not able to swallow a meal or even water. I exercised every day but I couldn’t move forward and I felt worse and worse. It’s few weeks since I started to breathe deep in to my belly. Started to strengthen my pelvic floor (your video part 1). After few weeks of doing it and few months of exercising I feel like a new person. I have done 3x10 single leg DL today! Without knee pain. I was able to do it just due to my belly breathing. I’m able to practice and working on my planche. Just due to my belly breathing. I’m able to work on my planche because my pelvic is not rotated and it’s on its place due to belly breathing. I was able to do some triceps dips today without shoulder impingement because I was breathing really deep to my belly. I try to breathe like this every second of a day and my muscles are working, core, glutes. Even though my muscles are tired after a long day full of belly breathing I exercise every day. Tim, you are changing my life. 🥲🙏❤️🍀 thank you so much. I can’t explain my thanks. It’s still a lot of work but I see hope to do calisthenics and gymnastics. God bless you Tim.     These exercise
    will benefit all people.
    Especially those who
    don’t do much else.

    I tip my bike and step over the bar! I also ride horses, so I swing over like I’m used to swinging up - but I can only get on from one side 😂 - I almost got a mounting block to step on and over - I’m 64 and just got a mountain bike because it’s too hot to ride horses in Texas right now 😊
