one of the most challenging classes for me despite it was without weights🙈 not easy - when it came to the side plank with taps my hand started to shake😁 but I did it! Still happy found your channel! Great class!
This was such a fantastic intense workout! I really felt the burn, had to take breaks during those warrior 3/leg lifts 😅 I’m new to your channel and am very much enjoying the workouts I’ve tried so far. Thank you 😊
Been doing yoga for frw years now and always looking for dofferent instructor. Although this instructor is obviously very experienced tutor i just found the whole routine too rushed, sorry turnt off after 8 minutes felt worse then before I stepped on my mat .
I’m so sorry you feel that way - my “sculpt + flow” classes are very fast paced, advanced and challenging. I think you would enjoy one of my creative vinyasa or slow flow classes 🤍
I hope you try one of Kaylie's other classes. I really enjoy her consistent instruction on left vs right, when to breathe and the lead up info as to what is coming next.
