    Absolutely loved this one! It's a wonderful alternative to sculpt + flow on my "off" days where I still want a stretchy flow that combines a bit of challenge + builds some heat without the need for weights. ✨

    this was fun and just challenging enough, time just flew by! i really appreciate your ability to guide into even more advanced poses (as you do in other videos)so i would love love if you could do (maybe shorts?) that teach more advanced poses, such as the arm balance here :)))

    Eka pada 2 is my favorite arm balance, so I loved that you worked it in to this incredible flow. Also enjoyed the new challenge of bound half moon. This was just perfection 🤩 Btw loving the new filming location!
