    i can see it happening ...if not just to be a parts car for the 350GT skyline when that eventually becomes a rarity and very expensive as did the R-chassis , we love them at VQ Gentlemen's Club

    • @xoulmannn
      @xoulmannn 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      R-Chassis Skylines, if you're talking about the R30- R34 aren't and still aren't rare. Just banned in certain places.

    • @offrimits
      @offrimits 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@xoulmannn what you basing your comment on ? I'm basing mine on 25 years of buying and selling them here in the uk fella ....and i can tell you that at least 50-70% of them that where imported are no longer around due to rust , neglect and being broken for parts ...so yeah getting rarer than a lot of other collector cars "fact"

    • @xoulmannn
      @xoulmannn 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@offrimits Well they were never given to anyone except the Japanese themselves ... however there are PLENTY in Japan. Skylines are regular cars and were produced in large quantities. Sure they are becoming more of a rarity sue to them getting older but that's every car at some point.
      However, like I said the Japanese still have plenty of their own creations. They just don't want to sell many of the tbh. But the R generation Skylines are not dying out anytime soon.

      I have a g35 sedan 2006 and she just sat without being drove a little over a year, with a dead battery for 7-8 months, I got a jump and she started right to life with no problem, she only had to sit due to losing my job, may need tie rods and new brakes and rotors just cause all of the rust but that engine is sound, to be all the way honest when I first paid for her the check engine light was on for a cam censor and I got it changed and it was still on for 2-3 months before she stopped, now the check engine light isn’t even on anymore ? I get in heated discussion with people sometimes when I tell them I get offers lately for $15k plus! Bone stock, unmolested, untouched,, adult owned....They say, "stop lying" "I don't see no G's going for that kinda $" then I hit em with the 'I'm not taking less than $20k'...😳😳
      But bottom line, certain cars are sold in certain places. When I bought my 06' Coupe in 2018 it was from a collection, it had 15k original miles. Was kept in a climate controlled garage. I mean, true garage queen. The car is a spec'd out with every performance option there was. And it's RAS which is not common. Let's just say, these type of cars are not just listed in Ebay motors, or Facebook market place. The sellers also have them at sites that people with money buy, and know what they looking for.

For a daily I'm not too fussed about manual + the autos seem to have less issues with burning oil. I immediately started to get the vehicle ready for sale BUT!! While doing so, very quickly she revealed herself to me.
    I didn't even know this model excited, after a look at some minor repairs and cleaner her up with in an inch of her life it is one of if not the best car I have ever owned.
    It looks a million bucks, goes hard, never gives in while putting out and gives me a great sense of joy.
    Now...... No licence, no job, no savings and the need to keep a roof over my two 20sy old lads head and my own I HAVE TO SELL.
