Thank you Dwayne. I grew up in a church that preached about politics all the time. If I didn't vote a certain way, there was no way I could be a Christian. It made me question my faith during my college years, and I almost turned away from God. it was only after studying Scripture on my own did I realize that there is nothing wrong with Scripture. The problem was the messenger. Sadly, preachers sometimes do more damage to peoples faith than they do good. Poliics do not belong at the pulpit.

Everyone needs more content like this and less polarized clickbait bullshit targeted at getting more views vs entertaining, informing, or guiding like Dwayne does.
I’m not religious but the way religion is approached on this channel is something I can truly respect. No judgement, no preaching, no ridicule. I’m more aligned with the politics being more moderate and libertarian but still happy there is no push to align with his opinion regardless. It's so important to keep stress levels low for health. The worst I've been health-wise was when I overextended self and overwhelmed my limitations. Over the years mindfulness has helped a lot, as well as exercising more and cutting back on coffee (too much caffeine for me). The book 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels was a good help also, taught me simple mindfulness lessons. Life is too short to be stressed out. Got to have time each day to wind down, reflect, and simply be.

I think learning to say "no" is one of the best skills you can have and is also, to me, a primary sign of maturity. Accepting every assignment and wanting to be there for everything or everyone was probably the single biggest reason why I felt (/feel) overwhelmed and stretched thin. Learning what to accept is basically the tool to take control over your life, at least imo.

I have a great deal of respect for you and this video is so clear why your honesty and straight forwardness with out intention of being a copy of you but to have those that you are reaching out to, will take a honest look at them self's and start thinking and growing in healthy ways that will carry them through life with integrity and become the man they are so desperately trying to find in them self's, in a world that is so confusing and unclear and most often not as presented. Thank you for taking the time to share this as always

You are a very special ,respectful person. Oh if the world would be so different if 1/2 the people would listen and practice such a person. New subscriber and very proud of it. Thanks. My family truly hope you have a great Thanksgiving.

The tree to your right was reminiscent of a horse throughout the video. Staring right into our soul. Funny optic. But yes, I agree with you on your views and your mission, and I believe your road is needed today for many young men and women. Thanks for the great content as always.

Even though it wasn't mentioned in this video, I would like to say that I am absolutely ecstatic for your book. I know it's a bit in the distance, but man I can't wait to pick it up. One of my favorite things you've said was to read more, doesn't matter what just to read. And I took that to heart and started reading as much as I could, and your book would be an amazing addition to my list of readings

As someone who works pretty heavy construction for the last 11 years or so, i can feel your pain. Lots of back, hip, neck, and feet pain. Just keep soldiering it and carry on.

God Bless you and your family Dwayne. I try to get my sons to watch you cause their dad abandoned them 10 years ago and was not a great roll model when they were young. I even enjoy your advice.

Hadn’t thought of you for awhile, but an old video that I commented on showed up in my YT feed so I thought I should see what you’re up to. Enjoyed this one. I’ll try not to be such a stranger.
I had extensive C-spine surgery in 2020, a bad horse wreck with a bit of genetics thrown in there for fun. Now I have L-spine surgery lined up. You see a meme about “Pain [being] temporary…”. My experience has been that the injury just hasn’t achieved the proper vintage.
Wishing you and your subscribers a Happy New Year
