- I present the Hobbywing Skywalker 40 amp ESC which use 2-3S Lipo.
This is a beginner guide.
I change the battery connector from T Dean to XT60 and to motor bullet CONNECTOR FROM 3.5mm to 4.0mm.
Then I Calibrate the throttle of the Hobbywing Skywalker
and test it without load to reach 10 amp continuous.

Hello, this ESC is for 2S or 3S as written on the sticker that you cans spot at 4:00

But arent they capable of 1S ?
If so why not i saw 1S or per cell Cut-Off Voltage Selection ?
@@junkthe capability on the paper of the ESC is 2 S, if you put less you are out of spec and can have unpredictable behavior. Inside ESC you might have circuitry which will not behave correctly if you put less than 2s. You should look for 1s Esc, the '1s' per cell that you read is to have generic compliant guideline to avoid writing more text for 2s then 3s. Be aware that in electronic as soon as you go below 5v a lot of stuff do not work anymore, and 1s is below 5v
Bonsoir, si je comprneds bien votre video, vous expliquez la différence du signal PWM entre un drone et une voiture. Ensuite vous expliquez qu'avec cet ESC installé sur une voiture, on ne pourra qu'avancer et non reculer. juste ?
Oui car c est un Esc pour voler donc il est designed pour régler toute la plage de 0 à 100% et non -100 0 +100 comme je le montre sur la feuille avec le tableau

hello, i do not know, it depends on the load also linked to the motor, the best is to make experiment. ensure of course that the given motor is brushless, and start at low speed to see the reaction
