Made my Christmas. This war is almost forgotten yet had an undeniable effect on history leading to the American Revolution. Looks amazing even though Empire's 15 years old!
Cheers mate! The whole point if this channel is really to document forgotten or extremely niche wars. They are also easier to do, as less people were involved.
Great video! Bushy Run was a significant battle because it showed that British troops had learned from their experiences during the French and Indian War. They not only held out against the natives in an ambush but even routed them. Bushy Run is also interesting because of the unusual and diverse array of soldiers who fought on the British side: Highlanders from the 42nd and 77th Foot, the "Royal Americans" (led by mostly German and Swiss officers) and Bouquet himself, who was Swiss!
What a brilliant little episode this is. I used to teach the Seven Years War to my history classes.
Good cinematic perspective

The quality is outstanding for a small channel... thank you for sharing lesser-known history.
Our pleasure!
Well, that was something. A war that was overlooked. Felt like I was watching The War That Made America.
