AND in another video you were talking about being joyful, engaging and making eye contact in conversation.....It was amazing how much better I felt. I'm enjoying your videos. Just like Robin of Faith and Flour, I find it very helpful to see pics of how you put pieces together. I also found it very helpful to see that certain looks are very slimming. Every time you tucked your shirt in & wore a belt, it instantly made you look slimmer! Either way, you are beautiful, but it's just something I noticed because I often hesitate to accentuate my waistline. But, I see I shouldn't.
Hi! I’m so glad you’re enjoying the videos. Yes I’ve found that a lot of women are uncomfortable tucking and belting simply because they don’t have the same figure they did when they were young. I know I sure don’t have as slim a waistline as I once did. But really most of us can at least do a partial tuck and it actually helps the proportions and slenderizes. Thanks so much for sharing! 🥰

I love the styling tip of the crossed cardigan. In the past I always bought my cardigans too large, I finally learned to size down in them (at least one less than my regular size, sometimes two) but I have several that are supposed to be hip-length and somewhat fitted but are too long and/or full. I’d love to get some wear out of them, instead of buying all new eventually, so I’ll try the cross-over trick, I think it will look great!💕

Hi from the (San Francisco) Bay Area. I think you’re a terrific stylist Kay! I love these outfits. In my humble opinion, I think a tucked-in top is much more youthful, flattering and up-to-date, than one worn out. The really self-conscious might try a top tucked in and belted, with a longer shirt, jacket, cardigan, etc., over it. Then, it stills shows our feminine shapes from the front, but doesn’t reveal anything, and also gives a flattering, long line. Thanks for doing this skirt video; I really don’t like trousers/jeans that much, except in really cold weather, and we don’t get that very often here. I love a casual skirt or dress with tights and boots in the Autumn and Winter. I would love to see you style some dresses, maybe a shirt dress? They are really versatile. Thanks💕
