    Hi Bryce, epic video. I have a question for you. Before I was using Clalendly and when i booked a call, both me and the client would appear in the google calendar event as guest. The lead would see my image etc and make it feel like they are actually meeting a person.
    I have integrated GHL and my google calendar and when someone books a call my name and image does not show up in the google calendar. Is there a way in GHL to change that so that it can be shown?

    The button colour never changes for me when I embed the service calendar but he colour changes when I add the group calendar. Any ideas why?

      It sounds like there might be a setting or style difference between the service calendar and the group calendar. Make sure you’re using the same color settings for both calendars in your Gohighlevel customization options. If the service calendar isn’t reflecting the changes, try clearing your browser cache or checking the embed code for any specific styles that might be overriding your settings. If the issue persists, reaching out to GHL support could also provide more insight.

    Also, if you have someone thats not there every morning at 8, should i input 8 in his profile and when they are unavailable, simply block time in the calendar ?

    hey Bryce Neumann thanks for the video . can i ask you question please , if someone had reschedule the appointment the workflow doesn't work because we don't have a trigger to do that , because in appointment status we found just confirmed , cancelled , show , no-show , invalid. we can't found reschedule . have you please some details if someone reschedule the appointment the workflow be working ?

      I believe a rescheduled appointment is considered a canceled appointment via those triggers. I would play around with it and test that out. If that doesn’t work, then you could create trigger links for the reschedule and cancellation links and set up workflows based on trigger link clicks. Test and out and let me know if that doesn’t work
