Thanks for the video - I have been patiently waiting to see if this calendar will ever support my service business correctly. I wish they would do certain things so I could use it correctly. But, I think you did help with one thing for me, so thanks for that!
Thank you for this. I noticed that I am unable to make global changes to availability. For example, If I am on vacation for a week and I want to make a week unavailable across all calendars, I don't see where I can make that choice. Is that possible? Also, I have 2 Google calendars and 1 Microsoft Exchange calendar. My primary calendar is the Google calendar. You said it won't work well if you add both Microsoft and Exchange. Is that the case for syncing a conflict calendar and not using it as the primary?
Hi, epic video. I have a question for you. Before I was using Clalendly and when i booked a call, both me and the client would appear in the google calendar event as guest. The lead would see my image etc and make it feel like they are actually meeting a person. I have integrated GHL and my google calendar and when someone books a call my name and image does not show up in the google calendar. Is there a way in GHL to change that so that it can be shown?
unfortunately, Gohighlevel doesn’t automatically add the host’s name and image to the Google Calendar event in the same way Calendly does. However, you can customize the invitation email sent to clients to include your photo and details, which might help create a personal touch. Another option is to include a video introduction link in your emails to make it feel more personal. If you’re looking for a workaround, you might consider adding your name and a brief note in the event description when setting it up. Hope this helps!
@@gohighlevelwizardd Okay that is amazing, I don't know how you could customize that into the invitation email. Is that via custom values or something? And how does it work if I have multiple people assigned to a calendar? So its a round robin calendar, can I still do this customization?
@@OskarArvidsson Yooooo Great question! To customize the invitation email in Gohighlevel, you can indeed use custom values. This allows you to pull in dynamic content like your name and image. You would set this up in the email template section, where you can insert custom fields that will be replaced with the appropriate information when the email is sent out. Regarding the round robin calendar, you can still apply this customization! Just make sure that each team member has their own custom values set up for their email templates. When a call is booked, Gohighlevel will use the appropriate values based on who the client is assigned to. This way, each person can have their own personalized message and image in the invitation. Sorry for long ass response lol
@@gohighlevelwizardd Thank you so much that is basically exactly what I am looking for. So this information would show up on the google calendar event then basically right? So my next question is then... How do I do this? Is there a specific custom value that I would apply or? I have failed to find a video that speaks specifically on this, do you know of any/have any resources on this?
Hey guys! One question regarding class bookings. Imagine that I have a yoga studio that has different types of classes and don’t have a limit of people for each class. We don’t want that our clients have to “get their spot” in order to attend a class, but the thing is if we create a recurring class it won’t appear in our calendar because at least someone has to book a spot (or at least I think so)… we need it to appear in our calendars so that number one the coach that will teach that class won’t have a double booking from a different calendar (for example a private session) and number two for everything to be organized… what I am currently doing with this type of scenario is changing the our of availability of the coach so that when that class happens people can’t book with him/her, but as I said, what ends up happening is that they have a period in their personal calendars that doesn’t have a class… is there a way to fix this?
I'm having trouble with the class booking because what if someone wants to book 10 out of the 50 seats, how does the person booking pay for all 10 seats?
I keep getting a Zoom error when clicking the link in the reminder email when using {{appointment.meeting_location}}. Strangely, if I copy and paste the same URL from the email into the browser bar the meeting opens the way it should. Any idea what's causing that?
@@AutomatedMarketer Well...I'm not sure how to answer that with a yes or no. I created and published the calendar and personally booked times with myself. But I was curious if this was causing the issue because my email is the same as the account. So, I had my wife book a time and had the same issue. One thing I did make progress on at least once, was if I put a wait step of at least 1 minute between the booking trigger and the first notification, that did seem to make the booking populate on my zoom dashboard. Does that help answer the 'testing' question?

You left me hanging on how to insert calendar link.

Why do I only have Business Profile and not both options business profile and my profile???
Add yourself to the account from the agency

Everything, but not about the domain name of the calendar

are you testing because if you are just sending a test the test does not carry any values
