My name is Chef Ashutosh Singh & WELCOME TO OUR TH-cam CHANNEL.
IN THIS VIDEO WE WILL EXPLAIN YOU AND GIVE IMPORTANT TIPS TO MAKE PERFECT WHOLE WHEAT BROWN BREAD FROM SCRATCH RECIPE .
RECIPE
Atta - 100gm
maida- 100gm
improver- 3gm
gluten- 3gm
yeast - 6gm
water - 110-120gm
salt - 3gm
caster sugar - 12gm
caramel colour/ coco powder - 2 gm
oil- 10gm
method
1-activate yeast using sugar & water.
2-sieve dry ingredients & make well in center.
3 -add water & dry ingredients & make soft dough .
4-rest for 30min. & knock back and give rest for 10min
5-shape it in loaf shape and put the dough in mould.
6-proof for 45-50min.
7-bake at 200degree celcius for 20-25 min
8- let it cool down for 1hr & cut as required.
