I LOVE YOU! you stared the tutorial and in 2.3 seconds you were on the subject, there was no "blah, blah, blah." like every tutorial I've ever seen. OUTSTANING! Thanks!
Just wanted to say thank you for the great tutorial. You're easy to follow and listen to, and I love how you peppered these great illustrator tips throughout the video. Thanks again!
I would like to see you create a platform, similar to what The Wrap Institute has with maybe an annual subscription, that shows how to design, print, and set up wraps etc..etc...thank you!!
Working with mask is good, but it slows you down in the design process. Making a mask layer on the top is easier working. You wont need to go in and out of masked items all the time. I find this method much easier working as well.
Awesome teaching thank you so much. When I make clipping mask I lose my lightning logos and the vehicle goes back to the plain base colour, any idea what I’m doing wrong at all please ?
How did you change the canvas size? If I scale the template to 1:1 I get the error "some objects will fall completely off the drawing area". I understand the canvas size is by default 277 in x 277 in
I find it easier in the deisgn process to make more layers and put line art at the top, below that details like windows, rims, handles, lights etc etc. Then a layer for concept/design. Then the chassis layer. On top of that i make a make with all car silhouette which goes to the top. That way when I'm in the design process i don't get extracted by bleed and images sticking out. This also helps design and keep blend and extra bleed needed. Its better to design upfront then do this afterward.
Also stuff like labels and measurements goes in a layer. Its always good to show this in presentation or in production process. Deleting it isn't a good thing. Say you need to wheel base, now you need to go searching again. Keeping as much info as possible in there is faster!

I put all linework separate so i can make the lines thinner and less visible if needed. This also helps in certain cases to view the design better.
Where can I buy these templates
Halo.?
What software do you use to create or design 😊

Won’t let me use group selection, will only select on part of the van at a time
You have to hold your "shift" button in when you click on different parts
Do you have an email and do you design for people
