Thanks for the tutorial, I have one question when I export the data, should the pink areas be at the bottom or top of the design?

i have a question, when for example a livery has lines which connect from the hood of the car and moves to the sides or for example the doors, as we know the 4 or 5 perspectives of the car are separated, how do you calculate how the tip of both lines will connect from both sides? until now i have been doing it with the help of wireframes in just 2D templates, but i wanna know how it is done for a real life car so i dont end with two lines that doesn't connect on the tip in both sides.

Hi, what if I can’t find the outline template of the vehicle that I want ? Is there any other way to make the design ? Thank you #designersguide

Find any straight side on image of the vehicle you want to use, measure the wheelbase of the vehicle if you can & scale the image in illustrator

Hi and thank you so much for the wonderful video tutorial. Could you please give us more information on the scaling because on the video I didn't understand quite well why you did the 2000% scaling on the vehicle?

He said the template was 1/20th so he just scaled the template 20x larger so that it is the actual size of the real life vehicle.

I’m shocked about how much bad information there is in this video
