a commerical paint sprayer would have done the job five times faster with a superior result. good job though.

Why did you warn about TSP without reporting if it worked on your roof, If you didn't use it yourself why did you want us to worry
and what did you use for a detergent?
As far as prep you did not worry about using 885 on the seams. In prepping, Henry says to use 885 seam repair but in their demo do not apply it on their seams.
I'm like you, I would tend to think 885 it is not necessary but I am still at a loss for a detergent to use.
For a life time warranty you apply for, it seems by your example, they allow not using Henrys 885.
First off though is the consideration of the Henrys Tropicool 887 elastomer shelf life. Shelf life is 2 years, date is not posted on the tropicool bucket.
Maybe the best that can be done is if customer service where you buy it will tell you when it arrived at their store.
So this is at least 2 years later, how has the product performed on your aged Bitumen?
I'm still being too careful step by step... dawdling along...

Tried diluted TSP on a small area and it was too strong. Coating has held up fine, even with a fair amount of foot traffic on roof, although somewhat stained so not bright white anymore.

@@goodtoknow7563 TSP is a strong alkaline and hazardous. There is a Phosphate free version more akin to baking soda but I'm going with Simple Green. That brand has come up several times as what was used to clean in reviews. Yeah TSP is a bit nasty. A bit too many caveats and contingencies with Henry prep work.

Looks fine. No sign of degradation or delam. Gets a little dirty looking near the gutters.
