What's the difference between the Gaco GR1600 Roof Coat and the Gaco S4200 silicone roof coat? (Both in white.) I noticed the GR1600 is more affordable too. Also, can you recommend the best non-slip, super grippy sneakers or shoes for walking on the pitched silicone roof ( that's completely finished curing ) please? How about for when it's wet with rain? Thank you

I only know one pro and one con cannot be applied zero moisture and you cannot go over primer or bonding glue as far as I know from my experience.
