@@thefoxx6262 , yes they do , they actually have two of them one for passenger located on dash board , the other one for driver locate in the multimeter itself , the driver one is linked to the diagnose sensor unit through your steering spiral unit , the diagnose sensor unit is located under the driver seat it controls all SRS including seat belts . now , if you having problems with any of warning lights flashing ? ( a normal automated by diagnose sensor is active every time you turn on the ignition switch to on for 7 seconds and goes of ) , if it stays on or flashes ? there is a proceedure to run troubleshooting without consult devices the dealers use . and that is as follows : step 1- disconnect both battery terminals , wait aproximately 3 minutes . and connect them both . step 2 - open driver door , insert your ingition key and turn to ON ( do not start the vehicle ) step 3- press the door switch 5 times within 7 seconds , this will trigger the self diagnose mode as follows : A- the warning lamp will turn ON for 7 seconds and then turn OFF for 2 seconds , and then trun ON for 3 seconds, and it repats 2 second OFF and 3 second ON , this means the memory has not been eraised from any prior fix or intemiten melfuntion been detected from the past . or ? B- the warning light will turn ON for 7 seconds , then turns OFF for 2 seconds , then starts flashinf 7 times within 5 seconds and repeats that . this means the SRS system is melfunctioning and needs repairs .
The video content will encourage DIYs to try first and then send you the board already destroyed, if you want to avoid this, modify the video on before and after, otherwise will keep on happening because it looks easy for people who know how to solder but most of them don't even use flux and they will keep the iron too much time on the board making an easy repair a nightmare. being there a lot. good luck
Thanks so much for showing this. I re-pointed all of the joints, rubbed some DeoxIT on all of the connectors, and fixed the non-functional odometer and speedometer needle. (I have 40 years experience soldering and used to do field service on PCs with this era electronics and connectors)
Do yourself a favor and just send it to them. These clusters are nearly impossible to find today for less than 400 to 500 bucks and even then they may not work. Just got mine back and it works like new, plus they warranty the work. Took about 10 days from the time I shipped it until it was back in the truck. Highly recommend them and their service.

No, if you fix it then worse case scenario is that if all indicators are back to normal that you need to reset the ECU with a scanner to erase the P0500 code.

Parece que esas nissan son un dolor de cabeza, tengo una 1998 automatica palanca arriba y en California no pasa el smog control por esa idiotez...yA LE cambiene l speed sensor y nada.
Si te da el P0500 puede ser por a) el sensor (que los dientes plasticos estén desgastados), b)cableado del sensor en mal estado, c) el Cluster, casi siempre es el cluster y no puedes notar cuando ya te empieza a fallar cualquier cosa en el cluster mismo

I have a pathfinder 99 I live i florida. How much will be to get repair the cluster. Sometimes it goes blank and the only working is the gas gauge

If i new how complicated was, I would buy something older, Jesus is like i have a 747 instead of aN easy truck....I hate that,
Usually older D21 trucks will have cluster issues as well, in my opinion this one is easier to repair than the older ones.
