I swear anytime I'm tweaking one of my decks, you release a decklist the day after or the day of. This happened back when I was fixing my Ra deck, Branded, Dark Magician floodgate, now this lmao.

The spell-heavy version of this deck is also more competitive than the hand trap version because they’re all board breakers. Dark Ruler No More is a budget option if Thrust is too expensive.

I saw Striker lose to Kashtira who summoned Number 11: Big Eye and then activated Secret village. How would you get out of that?

@@jdudefun1755 probably negate and possibly steal Number 11 with Widow Anchor.

but if your opponent goes to big eye-secret village on their first turn, then one of few thing can help is evenly matched, which can force them to remove one of the cards

Why no Change Of Heart, Raigeki or Ultimate Slayer to search out with thrust?
Also I can see these floodgates being good in this deck, Grave Of The Super Ancient Organism, Summon Limit, Rivalry Of Warlords, Level Limit Area B, Royal Decree if you side deck Imperm.
You could easily fit in a small engine of 3x Quick Launch and 2x Rokket Tracer to make a sly Borreload Savage Dragon with Raye or Roze, Red-Eyes Slash Dragon is a cool boss monster in this deck also but not a convenient and versatile as Savage.

What uses did you get out of azalea? In testing, i havent really found a good use for it. On the best of days you get 2 pops and one less spell in grave, but it just doesnt seem worth the hassle

I guess using any of the sky striker machine effect monsters from the recent set are bad and not worth using? The only good thing about them is recycling your banished spells whenever you use multi role or said effect monsters from said set.
