Spinach and cheese curry (saag paneer)

Heavy snow: When winter officially arrives, cold winds blow and snow accumulates not only on the mountains but also on the plains in some areas. This time we will be introducing saag paneer, an authentic Indian curry made with seasonal spinach and spices. We will also introduce Indian-style cottage cheese (paneer) made from milk.
