I just want to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for having the bravery to click upload on that first video when you came back. You stopped in July 2021. I first heard about fasting in August 2021 and lost 100 pounds and 5 months. I gained it back pretty quickly after that. I went from 300 to 199 which I haven't been since high school. But when I look at my fasting app as soon as I hit my goal I pretty much stopped fasting except for like 16 hour fasts a couple times a week. But after watching your videos my fasting muscle is strong, I have done 160, 90, 70, hour fast pretty regularly. I just have to get the consistency to stick with it. Also, we want the refeeds! I still watch all those refeeds till this day.
Thank you for being such an inspiration. I have gone off the rails for the past year and seeing you rise back up has motivated me to resume my weight loss journey. I am rooting for you and for everyone else who wants to become a better version of themselves.
Fasting also helps with longevity, autophagy, inflammation, insulin resistance, high blood pressure. its remarkable how much the body can heal, and how fasting can be a natural reset for the body.
I planned to start just after you, and seeing these results im stoked... i was 298 went to 235 and then back to 295... so definitly pumped up to follow your progress! and you are the man!
Right now I’m doing 16/17 not even near where you’re but a good start,but last three weeks I managed to do 72/36 so proud,you’re inspiration,don’t stop.x

Lol your face already changed so much. You should make a video next about fat loss rates, where people see it first the most and where you notice it in yourself. Would be a good change of pace video but something im sure people want to watch.
I did a 72 hour fast up until thanksgiving day .. woke up & broke it with a HoneyDo melon 🍈 b4 I started cooking for the day .. I only ate 1 plate of vegan food … gonna do a 5 day fast starting Sunday night I’ll have my last meal at about 6pm .. I may break the fast Friday night after 6 unless I feel good that I can make it until Saturday morning to do an official morning weigh in ..

I’m having so much trouble keeping myself busy and not thinking and obsessing over food this time around. I been stalled for 2 years lol I didn’t gain weight while you were gone but I stayed exactly the same.
Zero app is having a Black Friday sale for $40 instead of the normal $70. I went ahead and signed up. I still feel the app should be $30 but this is better than nothing. I like that it has a place to post a pic of what you ate.
It’s important to check your numbers, especially if you are diabetic. Walmart has a glucose monitor kit by Reli On for $9.00, strips $5 for 25, lancets/lancets $2 for 100 and alcohol pads for $1. This way you can check your numbers daily. A1C is good but it only shows you your 3 month average. You are doing well. I look forward to watching your journey!
Hey Jerome. Easy video idea here that I know me and a lot of other people will enjoy. I've always wondered about your tattoos. Who/what they are, what they mean to you, when you got them? At least let me know what that helmet character is. I always thought it looked like the mandalorian but I'm sure you got it before that show started. I was re-watching your old videos and I think on your second ever video that character was on your shirt, I just can't place who it is.
Hey Jerome you’re doing great! I just want you to be aware of refeeding syndrome. I know you done 4 days and ate but usually around 7 days and you eat a lot and eat fast it can be extremely dangerous! Just be careful!

If you are doing cardio and lifting during an extended fast, you may want to consider an avocado. It’ll keep you in ketosis and you’ll still see results.
