I am trying to move to Denver from Colorado Springs because I found a higher paying job however it is hard finding an affordable rental around there. This video has definitely narrowed down the places outside of my budget😂

What would you consider a high paying salary range in Broomfield/Denver area?

High paying, I’d say $110k, maybe $120k+ - but I’d also admit some people would not consider that high paying for Denver. The city has seen its cost of living increase substantially the last ten years.

Wouldn’t argue that to a large extent - Colorado just doesn’t have a lot of “cities”. It’s Denver, the Springs and a bunch of towns.
