How does customer journey map integrate with the 5 stages of design thinking? Do I do mapping after Empathy? During Ideation? Protoyping?

Question for you. What is the difference between a Journey Map and an Experience Map? Can they be combined?
I think Journey Map included Experience Map. You can see their feelings, thinking, emotions, doing,... These things are Experience.
Is CJM the same as the customer exploration map?
