I'm an instacart shopper and I consistently use the app while I pick up orders and now I know that chunbuns was part of the design process, wow! I'm so surprised that the app is amazing and all thank to her and her team :)
I was an Instacart shopper this year while in Avocademy and I had smooth and easy cash out processes each time, thank you for that!!!! Your design was perfect!
This was so helpful! I'm trying to break into UX Design (I'm a rising senior in college studying journalism), and I've been struggling to find a thorough walkthrough of the user flow process, but most websites over complicate their explanations. You broke down the process so concisely, and I love the walkthrough example at the end!
This video was amazing!!! The exercise at the end, I loved it! Thank you so much! Please don't stop creating videos, so far in UX yours are my favourite.
You ladies are inspiring! I’ve never been more excited to shift from 6 years working in marketing to UX! Your videos add an extra layer of info before I graduate from an online course. Great to see women nailing it! Hats off from Dubai!
This was helpful. It helped me understand how userflows translate to taskflows and are based on various features. Working on this right now for an app I am creating!!
I've been going thru all your videos, both new and older and I wanted to say thank you so much. These have been not only helpful, but comforting during my process of trying to become a UX designer. :)
It’s funny because these steps in a real world scenario are so simple yet so complex. Drawing inspiration from other existing sites/apps is critical for me because visualizing the design out of thin air is a really surprisingly difficult thing to do. It’s like my mind goes blank 😂….Great video chunbuns😃👍🏽
Christine, thank you soooo much for sharing this video! I would love to see more videos like this where you share your process and what it's like when you work step by step on a project!!
Every videos of yours that I watched, it's been very helpful and give me an actual visualization of what I should expect in this carrier field. Thank you.
I’ve been watching the video and try to understand how to create the user flow but i don’t understand anything 😂 but after I watched your video, much more clear and can understand how the user gonna interact or use the application. Thank you so much 😊 this is helpful 🤍 Love you 😘
Ths video should have more views , have been watching umpteen number of videos on Userflows , this is probably the best and most concise!! Awesome . Please make more real life videos on wireflows , that would be really great . !!!
Thank you so much for this video! I have been trying to break into the industry for the past few years and this video is one of the videos I need. I hope you will continue to make videos like this. Side note: I do get interviews for UX jobs but when asked what my process is, I can only touch the surface and not deep dive into the research part of UX particularly. So this is really helpful! Thank you so much.
Thanks for this tutorial. I did not just learn but I also enjoy because you give an activity for us. Please continue to create this kind of content 💕👏💯
I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in IT hahah while watching this video I was instantly taken back to my college days when we were learning about UX designs and stuff ✨✨
I really like the Instacart shopper example as it resonates with me as a former IC shopper myself. Very helpful tips and useful for my projects, thanks a million :)
For a person(me) who is trying to get into ui/ux design field this video is really helpful to understand how things flow in the job And i subed your chanel yesterday cuz yesterday was the day i literally decided to get into ui/ux stuff Hope to see more good stuff Keep sharing ❤ Ps. Like the channel name chunbuns it suits you
This showed up on my recommends but was really helpful. I usually can just easily visualize the flow and implement it right away. I never really found making user flows necessary...on paper anyway (since I'm solely developing a web app during my internship designing in the front-end, coding for the back-end) but this would be really helpful for making up multiple ideas and would be good for the portfolio.
Muito obrigado pelo seu vídeo. Agora eu entendi o que é e como fazer um User Flow. Estou muito feliz! =D ---- Thank you very much for your video. I was so confused by: User Flow VS User Navigation VS Site Map. You have become the easiest subject to understand and thank you for the suggested activity. I paused the video and managed to do the practical activity Your video helped me understand and remember that I can add a stream to an existing stream. Thank you so much for sharing in such a simple and professional way. I was very happy!
Hi Christine! Could you do a video about the difference between being an in-house UX designer and working at an agencies? Maybe a fun collab with a friend, just a thought! :) Thank you!!!
Really nice video, thanks for sharing! I've got two questions: 1- Why on the first screen of your Screen Flow on 7:45 the CTA populates the whole amount of 300.00 instead of just Cashout? then after tapping on the CTA the user would decide the amount they want to transfer. This is considering another feature like having more than 1 account linked to this App. The second question is: Why after adding the Card, the amount is 250.00? Thanks! :-)
Great video and informative too! When you're doing competitive analysis, what is your process? Do you create logins from these competitors apps or websites and take screenshot to examine the userflow of completing certain tasks or does your company have or provide you with a library of userflow examples that you can use? Would love to hear your process.
I really liked this tutorial but I was really hoping I could find some resources that could explain the different symbols that are used in some user/task flows.
I loved the video! Will help me in a project I'm doing. I'll just give you feedback, that the "Add a personal debit card" screen, I think the option to scan the card is not a nice feature since I would rather type than use a scanner. But this is my view, the ideal would be to test this with the user. Besides, I loved your content!
Hi, I loved watching this video and thank you for making this most informative and motivating video I've ever seen. I second on making more videos like this on other UX things. Thanks! ^_^
For me it was kinda hard to do the ux exercise since it was very connected to the app you‘re doing. So I did my interpretation of the task without considering too many details and it still was a nice exercise :)
I'm interested into graphic designing these days and finding my way to freelancing. Im an industrial engineer and I didn't know UX Designing is somewhat related to what I'm doing as IE. Omg this can be a niche of mine
I really like this video, it's very very good. Also your recommendation about Springboard, it sounds interesting, I'll check it and share it. Kudos! Greetings from Madrid
Hey, I was expecting a continuing video to see how you do the design i was trying to do something like that and i was digging through a lot of videos to help out for the project i was trying to you and yours was a bit similar to mine but unfortunately you didn't finish your video where i want it the most. I am wondering are you going to release another tutorial soon?
You should teach UX! I"ve tried watching other videos, and yours by far is the best explanation and is broken down to steps! Thank you for the video!
no cap!
yup
Agree!!!
I'm an instacart shopper and I consistently use the app while I pick up orders and now I know that chunbuns was part of the design process, wow! I'm so surprised that the app is amazing and all thank to her and her team :)

Yay for Avocademy!

Really love how you're breaking everything down in your videos. Easy, digestible content! Looking forward to more :)
This video was amazing!!! The exercise at the end, I loved it! Thank you so much! Please don't stop creating videos, so far in UX yours are my favourite.
This certainly clarified User flow to me. It's simple and straight forward.
Thanks, Christine.
Yooo this is so well done. Great job!!
😍

I'm so grateful for finding your channel! Everything you talk about is so on point, brief and understandable!! Thank YOU!
Come back to these videos again and again, you are the best
I've been going thru all your videos, both new and older and I wanted to say thank you so much. These have been not only helpful, but comforting during my process of trying to become a UX designer. :)
This is a fun video to watch as an ex-instacart shopper now in school for UX, and remembering when the instant cash out rolled out!
This video was so amazing and helpful! definitely helped me realize my flaws when designing flow sketches, super insightful and detailed love it!
This is probably the most helpful video I've ever watched! Thanks!
Christine, thank you soooo much for sharing this video! I would love to see more videos like this where you share your process and what it's like when you work step by step on a project!!

At roughly 6:40 I was wondering (hoping) there would be a task! :D really great you added that bit on!
This is better than the bootcamp im currently in! thank you!
