  • Intp test questions that will solve your doubts about whether you are an intp mbti personality type or not.
    #INTP #MBTI #16personalities
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is an introspective self-report questionnaire indicating differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. The test attempts to assign four categories: introversion or extraversion, sensing or intuition, thinking or feeling, judging or perceiving. One letter from each category is taken to produce a four-letter test result, like INTP or INFP

    • @danthebit8509

that's more of a ESFP an ESTP trait since they're so afraid of trying out things (Ni inferior) that they just end up adhd-paralyzed like my esfp sister especially when it comes to avoiding chores because of Si being nemesis to Se hero which doesn't like to be restricted to one imposed sensory experience. Never force Se hero and Ni inferior into doing things or it will cause the demon that resides within ESFP and ESTP to came out and to cause destructive consequences (Ne demon opposite to Ni inferior). Intps and Infp in the other hand have Ni as a critic cognitive function opposite to Si child which is all about comfort zone, which means pronostication but not to adhd levels because when criticized by the beloved ones Intp and Infps understand that they have to get off the couch their lazy ass and maybe do some chores, but whithout triggering their demon function as for esfps and estps. But ther's a catch: when mastering the inferior function Esfps and Estps find the meaning of their life and it feels like a sense of existential realization such that the phobia goes away and they start to resemble INTJs and INFJs respectively and the Ni-inferior-adhd-like traits vanish. Whereas INTPs continue to pronosticate because they start to be more concerned with feelings as they age becouse it is the missing link needed to fully understand themselves as real living beings turning them into ESFJish types, that means that Ni (which is even lower in ESFJs than INTPs) stays underveloped since it is not required to cure their social phobia. I'm a INTP by the way, and I based my life on spreading love and compassion especially for my mother since I would have not existed without her, always remember to respect your own mother for the sacrifices that they have to make to give you a decent life.

@@danthebit8509 makes sense, but adhd is a neurodevelopmental disorder and has little to do with psychological/ cognitive functions (as the brain doesnt operate optimally without treatment). It is not laziness but an actual neurological disability. My brain doesnt function optimally without medication, and its not because of the environment or not loving my parents enough. I simply cant do it, because my brain literally doesnt work that way and doesnt produce enough dopamine to get through the day and get things done. I feel like ADHD still has that stigma of the hyperactive child, but it is SO MUCH worse than that.
I test as an INTJ on adderall and as INTP without. It does influence the test result but i prefer being medicated at this point, because i prefer my highly functioning self.

I can't say I love space science or preposterous technological advancements but how can I be sure of that when my intetests change 3 times per second?
I procrastinate even when I have to pee and as a result, I can feel a hollow around the area my bladder should be.

INTPs have inferior Fe which means that they struggle with managing other people emotions, they do care about other people feelings and harmony, but it is not natural for them. They may get anxious about how other people perceive them, so they try to make efforts for considering others emotions which makes them very uncomfortable and anxious. This is the reason INTPs and ISTPs likes it when they're alone.

    2. Kinda, but my absolute fav topics are psychology and politics
    3. Yeah, sometimes I have that "everybody rot in hell" mood
    4. Interesting concept, but I'd rather solve this with genetics
    5. I have procrastination tendencies, it also feels interesting how I can do barely anything by pure willpower if there's at least one person who believes in me
    6. Wherever my dream careers (indie game development and graphic designer) belong
    7. IDK, honestly
    8. Kinda, but without depression and looping between 3 or 5 interests
    9. Yes, but more like a thread of thought with a conclusion in the end
    10. YES
    11. Kinda, but I rather think about what kind of Eastern European hick am I compared to the "enlightened" Americans

      1. Yes, cuz I wouldn't put myself to work if I didn't have a deadline.
      2. Yes, although my favorite topics are everything related to mind and body, especially Learning English and medicine
      3. Yes, I'm totally "out of sight out of mind" typa girl. I'm not interested in showing feelings and I don't have an interest in people.
      4. Yes, technology is making my brain grow every day by acquiring as much knowledge as possible.
      5. Yes, I can adapt to most jobs that require my mind activity, but I'm only interested in working as an English teacher. Procrastinating is my hobby because I never stop learning/thinking.
      6. I agree with the idea that my thoughts shape my reality, that's why I always choose to be in a happy mood even while being alone.
      7. Yes, but I get too distracted to get depressed. This is also because I have ADHD.
      8. Absolutely yes
      9. Absolutely yes

    • @shellbell5444
      @shellbell5444 ปีที่แล้ว +3

No. From my research behind MBTI, this personality typing is just based on how people process information. It's not meant to be an exact picture perfect replica of you and your personality. I use MBTI to help me relate to people's processes of thinking easier. STEM is the easiest to pair with an INTP because the subject matter and careers tend to suit an INTPs interest to make new discoveries with looser deadlines. A perfect blend of living in your head (Ti) and researching everything from everywhere to make connections (Ne). I personally enjoy working in engineering because I get to solve puzzles all day at work and if I need more time, I talk to my boss about the complications with the situation and get an extension that's reasonable. I can research and explore and come up with new creative ways of solving the same problem. It's fun and I'm not even sure I necessarily enjoy engineering as a whole tbh. But I'm on the pursuit of solving something so I'm comfortable in engineering. I use to work in art. I love art. It challenges me with a whole new puzzle to put together. I just don't understand subtly in people hinting around about feelings and nonsense (seriously, just say it or don't say it!). I do art to understand ratios and perspective and the physics of things in motion (animation was what I liked doing). It's such an open field of discovery! I enjoy a lot of different subjects for the same purpose. I can turn anything into a puzzle that needs to be solved and I am a firm believer that anything you study can be used in a completely adjacent field if only you look at the patterns. So don't let MBTI stereotypes limit you to a field because "your type". That's boring and honestly, the best ideas come from studying a little of everything anyways.

0:30 No and yes. Yes first but when you mentioned quantum physics so BIG NO. I hate science except psychology. I think it's boring and it dosen't do anything to me. Psychology actually helps me understand myself and people overall, it actually does something for me and helps me understand the word, so I loge sociology too. Physics and those boring subjects sucks. Math also sucks because for me, it dosen't DO anything for me. Useless memorization and dumb numbers. I hate that INTP must always mean we love math and physics.

Watching news about science only but working on anything science related, makes me take a long nap. Not my passion.
When I commit to something, I don’t give up, even if 10 years pass, will still be at it because I know what I am passionate about which is psychology, art, languages and writing. I do come up with ideas constantly and write them down, most of them are about getting something done in the most efficient way. I am always worried about my time, if I am wasting time, I get depress.
