I just started my seeds in my little greenhouse ( I'm in Nova Scotia, Canada) and my trick for stopping damp off is a sprinkle of cinnamon on top of the soil after watering, a couple of times until I am ready to plant out. It really has worked well for me!

Sweet peas often take their own, sweet time to start germinating. Mine took a solid three weeks last year, but were splendid when they finally started blooming so be patient. As for a night cream, I've got picky skin like yours, but my skin loves the Clarins moisturizer for sensitive skin ( les peaux sensibilisées) or there's a really nice one by Ren as well. They are very moisturizing but don't irritate my skin, plus they are both less expensive than the Charlotte Tilbury xox
