Hi Kay I started watching your videos last year as I’m now just over 60 and retired.I love all your videos you are like spending time with a good friend😊your garden is looking very pretty and like you my garden is so important to me and I agree about going for regular walks in the fresh air.I too have irritable bowel and there is no way I could eat raw cauliflower so maybe worth considering that?Also you always look so pretty.Take care and I look forward to your next video as I really enjoy them xx

We used to have a dog he was a Beagle his name was Sage every time he came through the door I wiped his paws. You never know what they will step in and bring into your home.❤

Great vlog! You can get washable/wipeable paint from Dulux which I highly recommend as I have cats/a young child so I'm constantly wiping down walls and doors.
Hi Kay. I have recently bees diagnosed with IBS and am trying the low Fodmap diet with a dietitian. The first foods she eliminated are garlic and onion as they are huge triggers for a lot of people. Just thought I’d mention it as I saw you adding garlic to your meal. I LOVE garlic, so this is a big shift for me! Hopefully we can add it back at some point.
There are days where I get frustrated with being Coeliac and having a generally uncooperative bowel. I'm yet to find a protein powder I can tolerate, I've tried so many different types!
