I bought Elna overlock and it’s not easy to use. Every time I have time to use it something goes wrong and I will spent all my time trying to figure out what’s wrong. I bought it for $700, and I will be happy to sell for $ 200

what is the trouble with it??? Maybe I can help you, if you didn't mean coverstitch instead the overlock... because this is the easiest I've ever worked with

@@danielafrey2314 Hi Daniela, thank you for offering your help. I sold it for $150. When I bought it I used it for about three months then out of nowhere it was making a very loud noise. I took it to the place where I bought it and they told me that the have to do manteinance. Then like two months later the needle keep breaking and the fabric wasn’t thick until I realize that there are two align metals but this are flat on the sewing machine and when I try to sew the needles goes in the middle of those both metals. So they were not straight anymore. That’s what make the needle to break. It hasn’t been a good experience for a beginner. I was learning how to sew with the TH-cam videos, so is not like I was using it too much.

@@gsnguyen2716 Hi Nguyen, so sorry for all the trouble you went thru... I started sewing with a regular Singer basic machine years ago, then about 5 yrs ago bought a new Singer Overlock machine, sat in front of it for 3 hrs just to thread and start sewing, now after all theses years just bought this Elna 664 Overlock machine and was able to start sewing like it was always doing it... sorry for you that you had such a bad start with sewing, hope you didn't give it up..

@@danielafrey2314 I haven’t give up… I am still learning and accumulating a lot of fabric lol 😂. I did started with a Brother then I bought the Cover pro Janome, then Elna. I knew something was not right from the beginning. The other two machines have not given me any issues.

@@gsnguyen2716 that is so good to see you haven't given up... yes sometimes we buy "lemons" instead of a good working machine... had that happen with a car too.. so don't worry, Janome and brother are great machines as well :)
