- I've gotten this request a lot. Anyone that knows me knows I can't play Iron Man, but I understand it's the Civil War lineup.

Characters: Spider-Man/Captain America/Iron Man
Difficulty: Expert
Trophy/Achievement: Avengers Assemble
This is just a video of a Marvel VS Capcom 2 playthrough. I am by no means amazing at this game.

I miss this art style of fighting games. I don't mind fighting games of today, but the 2D anime looking sprites looks better in my opinion.

That's why this retro 2-D craze is coming back, like Streets of Rage 4. The current gen, Gen Z, are spoiled on Candy Crush, so gamemakers are catering to *Millennials* now. ✌

The music, graphics, fighting styles, N the smooth gameplay had me playing this for hours when it first came out
Yep, I was way behind the curve on this but I finally got a PS2 and bought a copy for myself, play the crap out of this game it was so much fun

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm going it plays well on my Fire TV, especially considering it's 2D.

It's a fighting game staple, wouldn't feel the same without it

One of my favorite games as a kid! I would love to see this game get remastered it definitely deserves it!
This game is peak. Really brings back the nostalgia and loved the 2D sprite art style and high paced fighting it's brings. This in my opinion is one of the best fighting games I ever played. Really hope they could bring this game back!

Favorite combo was Cyclops, Ryu, and Iron Man. They all had huge blast finishers. That triple combo was insane. Still is.

I always love the motion lines from Spider-Man when he’s throwing a punch or a backflip double kick.

You brought me back to my childhood. The truth is, it was one of the best games and the first ones I played. I started with the PS2 console. Many things have changed since those moments where I sat down to play.

I grew up playing marvel vs capcom in the arcades I remember when marvel vs capcom 2 became available on the PlayStation Store on the ps3. I literally played the games online or with my family everyday for years 😢. Wish they released it again on ps5
