RMZ 450 Transmission Assembly ! [2007 RMZ 4 Gear Gear Box]

This is a video where i assemble the Transmission in my 2007 RMZ 450. The 4 gears makes it not that bad. this could be useful to someone undergoing the same task. I had one hell of a time with this thing . I highly recommend using your service manual to do this repair as I did.

yes, there is a gasket that goes between the cases that is very important. Make use to cut it off where it goes up through the cylinder.

Is it possible for 5 speed ?

If your asking if it could be converted to 5 speed I don't think so. You would probably be better off with a different bike. May be possible. If u do the research get back with me I'm wondering
