Here listening to this from my second trimester. The exhaustion is unbelievable. I wake up around 7am everyday and by 10 am i have no energy left in me
Wow ! First one to recommend nettle tea! I had to Google it cuz I didn’t know the word in English and in fact we eat nettle in my country ( Romania 🇷🇴 ) a lot during spring when it’s it’s season! We cook it like spinach and it’s delicious! And yeah, it’s very high in iron ! We also drink it as tea . It’s also good to detox the blood .

Hello. Im on my TWW and currently experiencing laziness and not really tired or exhausted. I dont feel tired im just sooo lazy. Does this count? I just dont want to do anything apart from laying in bed, watch and sleep.
I'm extremely fatigued and cannot sleep for very long either

Ladies, do your research on nettle tea and be careful about it’s us usuage. It isn’t recommended for first trimester.
