Thank you for this video! I had lost 45 pounds at 38 years old and then tried getting pregnant. I figured it would take longer so I had planned to lose 16-20 more pounds before pregnancy. Well we conceived the first month! Unfortunately it was a partial molar pregnancy. I had to have a D and C on the 16th of December (about a week ago) at ten weeks pregnant. I had gained about 3-4 pounds in that time so I am now starting up my weight loss again. I have a couple months of monitoring and healing to do (molar pregnancies can led to cancer but so far I'm good) so I can use this time to ready myself further. I'm taking prenatal vitamins and calcium now and will continue. Sometimes we have to wait the time we feel we don't have but while we wait, we can prepare.

I like to take whole food multivitamins because they might absorb better in the body. The brand I am using right now is “New Chapter”. “Thorne” and “Genestra Brands” are two great companies as well.

How long did you have IUD? Sometimes it takes a while for your body to regulate after long term birth control.
