Why does this washer leave water in the spinner on the last cycle? The clothes are soaking wet and I have to wring the water out by hand. Pull each article out and wring them out. Is something wrong with it?

How you get the drain hose to stay in position

Hows the noise? technically not allowed to have these in my apartment building so would need to keep it lowkey.
I was surprise making little noise. and I am also living in a apartment building. it is a life saving for us especially during this pandemic.

it's a plastic cover at bottom of the washer.
And why didn't you show how to put it on?
