At final year graduation in 1979 there was task management contest among 10 groups of 5 each where an OBJECTIVE to be created with limited resources of ITEMS of same appearance and colours to all groups. There was group discussion and I jumped into the role of team leader and we won the contest. Achivement: division of work, time management, exchange of ideas, task completion in time bound schedule, an idea to build new thing which is attractive to public view. From India.
