They learn let them walk around the house with you while you put items, dishes or clothing away or toys let everything have an actual home they will learn
Yes! Organized can be messy! I love this! We have 3 under 3 and run an organic farm…I don’t have time to fold all of our clothes..everything has baskets or buckets for storage. The baskets are great for clothes because the kids can put their clothes away and the buckets are great for tools on the farm because we can grab them and go!
Hi Jordan, I absolutely love the lower drawers for the children's dishes. I also love the black+ white socks. That will work for adults too. I think my favorite is baskets in the drawer separating brushes etc. The separate bags for clips, etc are brilliant. Thanks so much!
I love the bins inside the drawers! I do that both in my bathroom but also my... junk drawer! Who says a junk drawer has to look junky? I have a bin for batteries, screwdrivers that fit the toys we have inside, chip clips. If I put my bins just right then I have designated areas for tape, scissors, rubber bands etc. This has worked really well for at least 4 years now. And bonus- my drawer always opens and closes without issues!
Love how it's REAL hacks and not just looking pretty! Encourages me to do what actually serves me instead of trying to force something that isn't practical or doesn't work best for my family ❤️ Thanks Jordy!
Having all your items in drawers and inside baskets is priceless. Specially if you move a lot! Secure the whole basket on moving day next just relocate at your new home 💕
@@silvia98leon Oh I know, I'm just thinking of the times when I've ended up in a smaller area (like moving from a house to an apartment for a year due to work) and having way less space with smaller drawers & cabinets/shelves. When that happens you end up with lots of nice organizational baskets/containers that just won't work anywhere & get shoved in the closet/under the bed or in a storage unit until you move to a bigger place. You can also sell/donate/give away if you need to, but it does happen. I've moved way too many times in my life so far & no matter how organized I am, I always end up having to buy more stuff to re-do things after moves!!
The old school appliance garage is actually an old(er) school bread box! Had one in a house about 15 years ago, it was totally a catch all. Great idea to use them for electronics!!!
Putting things low 🙌 yes we do that and my oldest loves being a big boy and getting things himself! Shoes by the door, yes life saver! I love the mirror mount idea genius 👏👏
You had me at 8 kids.... Your such a Gem. Excited to get to know you. Well done my dear! Your doing great and such a inspirational woman. God bless you
Love the more realistic version of organisation. My fav is KALLAX cubes in kids bedrooms, rather than drawers. Again, they are low down, and they are big deep boxes for my kids to chuck his clothes into. I used to have a drawer for tops, a drawer for pjs, a drawer for socks/tights/pants/nappies, a drawer for jumpers, one for trousers. Now I literally have one for tops at the top cube, and one for bottoms at the bottom cube. So everything my little one will wear on his top half - tshirts, long sleeves, hoodies, jackets, jumpers etc is all in one bucket, and joggers, jeans, leggings etc is all in the other :) so much easier for me and them.
Hey Jordan! Thank you for all you share with us 💓 Not only are you brilliant💓, but your attitude always makes me happy and always gives me hope and confidence!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
We have our kids dishes low and love that they can help out their dishes away, set the table, get their own water, etc. I love the idea of having socks and shoes near the door. Our space is super tiny so we would have to get pretty creative.
Absolutely LOVE Rakuten! Have used it for a couple of years now, thank you Jordan! Just received my biggest fat check ever of over $90! Cha-ching is right! Haha
Yayyyyyyy.......new video.........super...........will watch it for many times......again and again.........you're my positive energy resource..........love youuuuuuu............❤️❤️❤️
I also have a large family. Me my husband and 5 kids. Practical organization that is manageable from my kids is everything. Thanks for sharing that electronics organizer. I need that in my life. Ordering now!
I think the charging station and kids drawers in the kitchen are the best. I would leave the charging station door open during the night to allow even more air to circulate and to avoid any heat build-up as well. I've always been wary about Rakuten, simply because of the online purchasing aspect. I'll still have to do research on them though.
@grizzfan08, I love Rakuten! I shop where I want+ some times forget about the $back. It's a wonderful bonus. I don't buy just for cash back, but it's wonderful when the check arrives.

I already leave folded socks by the kids shoes and I reserve an outfit to quickly get out the door because I've learned it saves so much time and I don't have to have them change if I already set matching clothes on a "stand by" shelf. But the kid's drawer is something I didn't think of doing that makes so much sense! Thank you for all of your tips Jordan. Love your personality!💖
J'aime vous regardez même si vous parlez vite, c super pour entretenir mon anglais ! Vous enfants sont magnifiques, et c'est une joie de les voir grandir. Vous êtes une femme très organisée, une super woman, bravo!
my daughter has used the drawers for kids utensils and dishes and cups for years..her two year old would get her cup and plate and fork and sit down and say hungry..i need food..kids are so adorable..
One thing I did was pick up 3 old entertainment centers that I got for free from Facebook marketplace. I was able to repurpose 2 of them into mudroom organization cubbies with hooks for jackets and backpacks as well as allow the lower cabinet space to be holes for shoes. The third entertainment center I made into a game storage with a built in dart board cabinet. Maybe this inspires a few people who want to do cheap organization for their kids at the door.
LOVE all of these!!! I use the bamboo trays in the bathroom too! So good, keeps everything in its place. 😍 our catch all spot is not beautiful either. It’s in a cupboard and I love that you give “permission” for this! Keepin it real! And….I’m amazed you have ADHD because I see you as a superwoman and never would have guessed! 😘🙌. I also have an adhd style brain, so now I have no excuses lol. If Jordan can do it…with 8 kids 🤯 we can too fellow brains 🧠
I love your channnel so much you are such an amazing person and you are so kind please keep doing what your do and ps I love your day in the life videos🥰
This is just what I need, and can I say I am so super impressed by how well you organize with ADHD. I just learned this last year that that's been what has caused so many problems since I was a child. Because I have inattentive ADHD I never realized it could even be an issue because I didn't have the hyperactive type. Organization and cleaning is so hard for me. Along with consistency in basically anything. With 7, soon to be 8 children in a very small home it's sometimes just a nightmare. Functional organization is what I am looking for.
I love keeping our kids dishes low. I initially did it for the older kids (5 and 3). But now that my two year old knows about it, he’s started getting his own stuff! It’s awesome. And it makes it easy for them to help put away dishes.
I am now expecting, so by the fall, our family will have 7 children from the ages of 0 to 16! I can relate to ya. Had this one been twins, we would've been tied, lol!
I love that this was real!! Not the perfect Instagram organization but normal and real.
What brand of makeup do you use
The bins in a deep drawer is a great idea! Thanks
Love the kitchen organizers in the bathroom
Amazing tips!! As a new father, it would be great to see how you teach your kids to be self sufficient!
Spend a few days on an Amish farm with 10 children.
They learn let them walk around the house with you while you put items, dishes or clothing away or toys let everything have an actual home they will learn
It’s ok to have a catch all space! Love that.
I love all of them

Oh, the phone mount idea! 🥰

Good for you! Keeping it real!
I’d love to see a video on how you raise your kids to be self-reliant! I think it’s awesome your kids are so capable
Thank you so much. I love you. I have four kids. Already make me crying. I need your videos for encouragement

I so agree! She doesn’t say...Ok let’s buy a big amount for containers!!
Exactly!!! Best realistic tips!
Preach! Exactly! This is real life!
I love your socks hack!!!
Love all these tips. The phone mount on the mirror is genius 😊
Your energy and humor is always such a breath of fresh air. :)
Love your tips Jordan. Thanks for sharing
This is gold!
Really like your PRACTICAL organization things.. got some ideas👍
Having all your items in drawers and inside baskets is priceless. Specially if you move a lot! Secure the whole basket on moving day next just relocate at your new home 💕
Yeah but who gets lucky enough to have the same size drawers & cabinets that everything fits almost the same??!!
@@msfeistybabeNot everyone but you can re arrange baskets or containers. Plus one less box to purchase to pack when you move 🤷♀️

@@silvia98leon Yeah having to spend more money sucks, but getting new & often improved organizers is cool ;) lol
I have a small house with little storage. These are great tips, however smaller homes need less "stuff" and more functionality.
Like the idea of putting kid dishes at their reach, I’ll give it a try
Out of the hundreds of organization videos I've watched this has probably been the most useful
So glad it was helpful for you!
You have literally helped me so much 😭😭😭 thank you!!

I liked all of them . But my 2 favorite are the last 2.
Love this since I am divorcing and need organization for me and my son
Wow!!!!! Love this!!! I am going to for sure do the keeping dishes low for my toddlers

Yes represent the adhd craziness!
I'm adhd too organization is super tuff with a family of 5. And now that we live in a hotel organization is super hard
Thank you for saying the truth about ADHD I live alone and am an adult and still find housekeeping organization.difficult
