    Sorry.. the end gets confusing b/c I am typing it under a received column. I was using my formulas there vs creating a new column.
    I should have created a new column and cells using the 49% ST.. If you sell through only 50%.. you would definitely want to decrease inventory ... unless you plan to major ramp up marketing or something.. and also ST in this example 'was' very much affected by the inventory balance.. essentially sold out and didn't sell near enough of other things.. usually, numbers ware fairly close b/c you have lots of years of history. I made these numbers up for the example. Would be easier to show with actual data.

    you need to be more clear about this. you keep deleting and changing you "example values". Your ST portion especially

I think I didnt' do it b/c of the screen space for the recording.. i think I should you would be able to see it or something.
