PERFECT SCRAMBLED EGGS RECIPE I USE PASSED ON FROM MY PARENTS, AND MY PARENT'S PARENTS.
2 eggs
splash of milk
salt (take a guess how much)
pepper (take a guess how much)
*MIX IT UP*
butter the pan
Pour the mix into the pan and wait for the chunks to start slightly forming.
Then, keep the mixture moving until no liquid is in, other than some leftover butter that didn't melt for some strange reason. Once it is ready, scrape the scrambled eggs onto a plate
INFO: By putting some milk in, it makes it creamier.
If you are making this for 2 people, double the quantity of everything (ex. 4 eggs instead of 2)
For a drink, Orange juice is better than milk for this recipe ;)

I tried a very runy yolk , yikes I almost puked. So I cooked it a bit further next time, it was neither cooked throught nor raw, it was just the right texture "very creamy". Almost like a desert. So I guess try different timings ? Maybe
