The glass bottle is a huge selling point too, especially for those trying to lessen their waste. If you ever want to venture to the state line of central PA, treat yourself to their ice cream too. It’s the best and they usually do seasonal flavors.

Hey Becca!! Something else I just thought of - I would love to see a video about different kinds of cooking pans and what is the most healthy for us. Like cast iron, enamel cast iron, copper, etc. I feel like everyone used to use nonstick - and then we found out how bad it was for you, and now all of these companies claim to make really healthy pans but I just don’t know where to begin with all of these chemicals and what is best. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Thanks for everything!

Could you do a video giving people idea on healthy meals if they only have access to these? For example how to cook with tonnes veg/lentils etc? I buy the same brands/organic and grass- fed cow beef. However I do wonder sometimes if a lot of it is marketing and I’m over paying for a generic brand that’s cheaper. I’m all about healthy options and less ingredients and non-processed foods, but I do wonder if the organic foods are worth it most of the time.

you should get the protein nut milk from silk it’s a mix of cashew and almond milk and is super delicious (trust me I think normal almond milk is grossss)! It also has 10 grams of protein and is fortified with a lot of stuff

You shouldn’t do a video about grass fed cows unless you actually go to where their cows come from and actually see if they are treated humanely as possible. Organic grass fed animals doesn’t mean that they are healthy treated good animals.
I am a fellow Wegman's Fanatic! The sample ladies know my name and life story :) The Wegman's brand tomato sauce is actually really really good! I get the Organic Grandpa's Sauce goes Vegetarian and it's to die for. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than some other brands.

I would love if my local Wegmans would offer milk from local farms! When I lived back home (in PA) there was a local farm I used to get milk from and they did the same thing with exchanging the bottles. I live in NY now and unfortunately haven't been able to find a local farm that does the same thing :(

As a dairy farmers daughter, I’m curious why you chose to purchase milk from grass fed cows. I believe that since you are pretty influential on TH-cam and social media that you’re words hold a lot of value to your viewers. Personally, it is offensive to hear you push this idea onto your viewers without hearing reasoning( specifically scientific reasoning) as to why. The dairy industry, specifically family owned farmers, are in great danger of going out of business at the present time due to Walmart opening their own processing facility to compete with Deans. That had resulted in hundreds if not thousands of dairy farmers getting shut off notices from deans that their milk will no longer be needed. Dairy farming is a family business (most times) sure there are corporate dairy’s but predominately in the US it is small, family run companies. To those farmers they treat their cows with the utmost respect and work tirelessly to produce a quality product. To them, their cattle is an investment. Furthermore, they must abide by inspection standards by the USDA. They DO NOT I REPEAT do not put anti-biotics in their product and that is guaranteed by the milk company at pick up when the milk is tested. If said milk is positive for high somatic cell counts, antibiotics... the the milk hauler WILL NOT pick up that milk. So, as someone with the dairy industry who makes their income from this I would highly appreciate it and on behalf of all people involved in the dairy industry that you would provide information to backup why you purchase the product you do and why. It’s your responsibility as a social media influencer to influence consumers wisely rather than according to stereotypes or stigmas that the media has built up over the years. And one final note: regardless of whether a farm is labeled as “grass fed milk” or not I do hope you realize that the majority of any cows diet is grass due to spending their day grazing. Farmers that provide their cattle with grain get grain recommendations from certified nutritionists who specialize grains for their cattle where they eat vitamins and minerals to SUPPLEMENT their diet. And the grain is in small quantities during milking compared to the vast quantities of grass, silage grass... the cow is exposed to throughout the day. I do not mean to come across as accusatory however what you can can greatly impact others and without understanding a farm and the dairy industry first hand I would appreciate it if you wouldn’t try to push your believes of organic and grass fed onto your audience.
Also, I would love to know why you are a fan of organic produce/food products. Not only did I grow up on a family farm but I also am currently in college for agriculture. I do hope you realize that organic products are at a basic level no different than conventional. While it may seem that organic means it has never been modified, in nature, all things have gone through natural selection which has resulted in compositional, nutritional changes to survive generation to generation. Also, in organic food production, chemicals are still utilized to produce the food products but the difference being that the chemicals are PLANT based rather than synthetic. It does not mean that those food products are devoid of any and all chemical of biological change because in fact they are. The reason for GM is do combat the growing population and support the food needs. Without genetic modification, you’d have far smaller yields, less variety, and more widespread diseases. Organic may be okay for gardens on but the larger scale it cannot produce enough per acre to support a population. Organic is just a simpler way of growing the same items with far more work involved (more hands on) and therefore an added price tag.

Not sure how you can say that these farmers treat their cows with the utmost respect when they have to impregnate these cows using a rape stick just to get them to produce milk in the first place over and over again until they can't anymore. Then what happens to the baby if its a boy? does it still get treated with the utmost respect? or even a girl thats been born into the same life? The life of a dairy cow is miserable no matter how you look at it. Horrible industry
