These all look SO good! Here is a breakfast recipe I can't seem to get enough of lately: -1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk -1/2 Cup Water -1 Large Banana -1/2 Cup Quick Oats (I use Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free kind - they are so creamy & good!!) -1 Heaping Tsp Raw Cacao Powder -1/2 Tsp Vanilla Powder (or Vanilla Extract) -Blueberries (optional) Add your almond milk, water, and 3/4 banana to a pot and bring to boil. Mix in your oats, cacao & vanilla powders. Cook until well combined and oats are thickened. I top mine with the left over 1/4 banana slices and fresh blueberries. I'm telling you its AMAZING! :) And its sweet enough from the banana that no additional sweetener is needed!!
I can't wait to try this! I usually don't like oatmeal in the morning because it's either too sweet or not sweet enough and tastes bland. This seems like the perfect balance!
These look so good! Most mornings I do 1/3 cup of oats, a drizzle of honey, some cinnamon, a little bit of peanut butter, and raisins. So simple but keeps me full and energized until lunch!
I do a big batch of roasted sweet potatoes at the beginning of the week (sometimes with onions and garlic but if I'm lazy I'll just do the minimum salt pepper oil). Then for breakfast I just microwave about 1/2 or 1 cup of the sweet potatoes and then top it with 2 eggs over easy and some spinach if I have it. It's delicious, quick to put together, and VERY filling. It might be a bit heavy for some people in the morning but I often have to eat lunch late when I'm at work so i need something that will really hold me over!
E. D. Sometimes I just do it in small batches! 1 medium to large sweet potato is enough for 2 breakfast meals. When I'm making dinner I'll chop one up and throw it in the oven with some tin foil on top before i sit down to eat. Its an extra little step but it cooks up in about 30 min and then I know I'm set for breakfast the next day. I picked up a tiny roasting dish at Target and it's perfect for it
I'm curious too bc I notice that none of the milk alternatives have the protein or calcium(unless added) that cow's milk has. I understand if someone is allergic to dairy or choosing to be vegan, then it makes total sense to choose almond, coconut, rice, hemp, or whatever. I'd be interested to know what are other reasons, if any, that someone should switch. I know you would do a good job of explaining it all and sticking to the facts.❤❤
Yum! Definitely trying those overnight oats. I reach for smoothie bowls or just smoothies in the am. Two of my faves: 1. Tbsp Vanilla protein powder (I love Tropeaka), half a frozen banana, 1/4 cup oats, cinnamon, vanilla and 1/2- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk. Sometimes tsp coconut cashew butter too. This taste reminds me of cookie dough. So good. 2. Tbsp Chocolate protein powder, 1/2 tbsp cacao powder, 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries, 1c frozen sweet cherries, enough unsweetened coconut milk to cover. I top this with coconut flakes, a couple walnut halves, pb2 and some honey. So yummy and fills me TIL lunch with lots of energy!
Really love these balanced meal ideas for keeping blood sugar spikes under control for more stable long term energy ... that’s what I’ve learned that my body likes best, lower sugar with more fiber fat and protein and carbs my energy level is so much better eating this way
I would love to see lunch and dinner ideas for a busy college student! I go to school 30 min away from 8am-4pm Mon-Fri and go straight to the gym and then home for dinner then straight to studying. I get very rushed for time and am very bored and sporadic with my meals!
I looove overnight oats!! ESP with the chia seeds it seriously makes it so much thicker. My favorite breakfast is granola in vanilla Greek yogurt. I like Jessica’s chocolate chip granola best!
Becca, what’s your take on eating oats for lunch? I have a very busy schedule and I think eating oatmeal (with toppings and such) would be very easy for me to manage as opposed to meats and veggies. I’m just concerned about an afternoon crash...
Hey becca . new subscriber here loving your channel. I have a question about milk i drink vanilla almond milk I don't like the unsweetened one is it still a good choice for weight loss?
First of all LOVE your videos! Second, I have a serious dairy allergy and cannot eat Greek yogurt. I've been looking for a diary free replacement, but they all are SUPER high in sugar, and SUPER low in protien. Do you know of any dairy free yogurts that have a good amount of protein that won't spike my blood sugar?
You could buy a plain dairy free yoghurt and combine it with a natural protein powder source (like rice protein). Outside of soy there aren't many alternatives I know of high in protein.
What did you do with your Degree before youtube? Reason i'm asking is because i'm interested in becoming a Registered Dietiain. Your videos just motivate me every time to keep going. Thank you.
I want to try all of these! Esp the wrap. Just a piece of constructive feedback the endslate is super loud I'm always rushing to mute the tv when your videos are finished maybe play with the volume a bit for your next one? Love your videos though!
Abby Thompson eating a little bit of “unhealthy” things every once in a while isn’t terrible. Especially since you said you eat pretty good the majority of the time, I doubt it’ll do any serious damage. Plus you kind of deserve a treat or two during that time of the month.
I have to say I was quite disappointed, the overnight oats and the yogurt+granola recipes come up even if you do a simple search for breakfast ideas. I was really hoping there would be something new.
Well at least only the first recipe is healthy and cruelty free. My favorite is oatmeal with nut milk, cacao powder, peanut butter powder, Maca Powder, cinnamon, chia and flax seed, coconut flakes and fruit to top it with.

CelesMaria sweet potatoes are some of my favorite in the morning!
that sounds so good!
But how do u store the sweet potato for the entire week? For me it never stays fresh after like 3-4 days...
Thank you for the tip!

Becca, you should do a skinny on milk. I don’t really understand why everyone says to switch to non dairy milks. Just a though
Morgan Bailey yesss this would be a good vid! also can you explain why you use the grass fed meat or those specific eggs ?

I know the struggle maybe you could start meal prepping?
I adore your channel! Definitely going to have to try out the coconut wraps - I've never heard of them before!
I agree I was thinking the same, it is also the first time I've heard about it. Lesser known food products interests me a lot. 😊
Loved this and am going to try the overnight oats with chia seeds. Thanks!!!
I struggle with breakfast ideas and keeping them healthy! Would love to see more breakfast ideas! ☺️
Could you do one of these for dinners and lunches?
Love these kind of videos! Great breakfast ideas 👍
Hi Becca i love all of your videos!! I was curious to know what you think about intermittent fasting ?
I’ve always loved the the idea of overnight oats but I think I’d prefer them warm. Have you ever warmed them????
I looove overnight oats!! ESP with the chia seeds it seriously makes it so much thicker. My favorite breakfast is granola in vanilla Greek yogurt. I like Jessica’s chocolate chip granola best!

Do you warm the oatmeal up or eat it cold?
Love the wrap!!
how do you melt your almond butter?
How do you feel about Ezekiel bread ?
Against All Grain has a yummy pumpkin chia pudding recipe that I’ve been enjoying for breakfast with some banana and almond butter on top😋
Please do a lunch version of this!
So good! Love the second ideas!

Does it matter if the mason jar is a smaller size
What are your thoughts on intermediate fasting? Love all of your videos ❤️
loved this A LOT and you!! ahh youre the best!
My favorite breakfast is avocado toast with spinach, a fried or scrambled egg, salsa, and tobasco on it! It sounds weird but it's soo good
What kind of almond butter?? I clicked the link but only the actual iHerb website pops up 😊
My vegan three berry natural peanut butter & chocolate smoothie !
Hey becca . new subscriber here loving your channel. I have a question about milk i drink vanilla almond milk I don't like the unsweetened one is it still a good choice for weight loss?
Hi becca! Is it okay to eat a healthy dessert everyday, I have the biggest sweet tooth?? And what would you recommend?
I make the egg, spinach, and salsa wrap, but on days I am not in a rush I add onion, tomato, cheese, and bell peppers.
Becca little trick for pouring oats into mason jar--make a funnel out of parchment paper! The oats don’t go all over the place
What oats did you use...the link just takes me to the website. Please let me know
that wrap looks good! i may add turkey or a little cheese 🧀
Love overnight oats!!
Stay you 😘

You are welcome! Love to help! 😊

Yes!! The reason I don't like watching breakfast videos is because it's too much sugar for the morning. These recipes look soon yummy.
Love your videos!!!!!
i LOVE your hair omg goals on mermaid hair goals
I make oatmeal every morning with some fruit!! 😁
I love your channel! However, I just can’t get used to overnight oats. I guess I like a hot breakfast.
I want to try all of these! Esp the wrap. Just a piece of constructive feedback the endslate is super loud I'm always rushing to mute the tv when your videos are finished maybe play with the volume a bit for your next one? Love your videos though!
What about protein?
Natalie T there was protein in the yogurt, the eggs and I think chia seeds have protein too
Your skin is amazing
Yummy😍
I eat healthily most of the time, but about a week before my period my cravings are OUT OF CONTROL! What do I do!!!
Abby Thompson eating a little bit of “unhealthy” things every once in a while isn’t terrible. Especially since you said you eat pretty good the majority of the time, I doubt it’ll do any serious damage. Plus you kind of deserve a treat or two during that time of the month.
This girl eats healthy, I used to eat fruit loops and apple jacks😬
Can you please put the recipe in grams and mililiters in the description? It would be easier for us Europeans to follow :/
I have to say I was quite disappointed, the overnight oats and the yogurt+granola recipes come up even if you do a simple search for breakfast ideas. I was really hoping there would be something new.
If you want something new for breakfast you can always eat your dinner as a breakfast instead. 😁
That used to be my favorite breakfast back in the day!! :-)
Well at least only the first recipe is healthy and cruelty free. My favorite is oatmeal with nut milk, cacao powder, peanut butter powder, Maca Powder, cinnamon, chia and flax seed, coconut flakes and fruit to top it with.
Andrea Lowery they may not all be cruelty free but they are all healthy .
