This was incredibly helpful! I like this format - touring the store and showing your favorites and recommendations instead of bringing it home and explaining there.
Thank you so much for the video! I love that all your videos show that healthy eating doesn't have to take a large amount of time or a huge bank account.
Loved this!!!! I am new to shopping Costco and always of course want good deals on organic and healthy foods! Yes, you should definitely do more of these great shopping videos!!!
The mini hummus cups are a great deal. They actually freeze really well, and I just take out one or two cups at a time - let them defrost in the refrigerator for a day - then they are ready to go.
Costco is also great for summer fruits (mangoes, peaches, berries). English cucumbers are also much cheaper. I also just found some dark chocolate covered toasted coconut chips at my Costco near the bars. They come in individual snacking pouches and I throw them in trail mix. So yummy!
I’m loving the grocery series! Please keep sharing your tips! You are always a true pleasure to watch and I have learned a lot from you. Thank you so much! 💖
I buy a lot at Costco! It’s annoying that they don’t all carry the same things. I love buying Kombucha there too! The frozen wild blueberries are awesome. The Organic Wholly Guacamole packs too are wonderful. Ezekiel Bread is way cheaper two-two loaves in a pack. I load up on all the freezer stuff. I always buy frozen organic broccoli there too.
I actually never shopped at Trader Joe’s. I’ll be going this Thursday and plan to purchase what I need. What are your recommendations for healthy lifestyle/ weight loss. Really like this style of shopping with me!
Thanks for uploading this. It’s 5 of us eating healthy at my house. I have been watching videos researching if Costco would help me avoid walmart. I shop at Aldi and Walmart weekly. However, I buy 80% fresh produce, loads of them are organic. I can’t see how Costco would work if I don’t want to stock my house up with huge amounts. We love variety and eat moderate portions. I would have no room for so much stuff. For example cheese. We enjoy three to four types each week but could not eat that much of them all. Or pasta sauce. How many days do you want to eat the spaghetti leftovers from huge jars?Or organic brown rice. I prefer small sealed bags vs. huge and having to buy extra storage for it. Organic green juice and maple syrup sitting in plastic bottles are also not my choice. We don’t consume so much syrup weekly. I am a budget shopper, so Im researching and I would love go refresh my tiresome shopping errands but because we eat up most of our fridge content each week and eat with moderation Im not sure if Costco with the huge portions would work :0(
Wish I could LOVE this 100 times! Great video idea Becca. Costco is my favorite place to shop (2nd is HEB!) If you like chicken salad, Costco has a huge tub called Cape Cod for $9.99! It has cranberries & no onions, which in my opinion, is perfect!
Love that frozen salmon, the frozen three berry blend, and the peanut butter! I didn't realize Siggis and Rx Bars were at Costco, those are two of my favorites so I will definitely be picking those up on my next trip!
Love this! Costco can be overwhelming. I always buy the maple syrup and hummus cups. Also their quinoa is the BEST. It’s no rinse and so much cheaper! Will definitely be looking for some of these other products.
Love this video!! Would love to see you do this every few months on new finds at Costco. I like to get Kombucha, La Croix, black beans, pasture raised eggs, and vinegar (mostly for cleaning) at Costco :)
I love perfect bars!! They taste like cookie dough and the ingredients are super clean and the bars have between 10-17 grams of protein (they even have veggie powders added) They are in the refrigerated section. Costco has a pack of 12 (3 flavors) for around $20 where the bars normally retail for $2.50-3 each.
Right above the cacao powder you missed out on the better than bullions. It is really low calorie in organic and a great help with low calorie soup bases.
Becca, I'm curious if you use all of the Rao's Pasta Sauce at once or if you freeze part of it. I keep thinking of buying it when I got to Costco but I worry about using it fast enough before it goes bad, since I only cook for myself and my boyfriend.
New subbie. It is good to see someone on youtube select all the healthier stuff at Costco and grocery stores. Most processed food makes me quite ill, so I have to eat actual food. Since I am off dairy and gluten (Dr's orders!), my staples of Costco are the organic Orgain powders (more flavors online)at $30 a month savings, organic peanut butter powder $5 a month savings, organic rice 20Lb bag $26 savings, organic brown rice ramen $10 savings, organic quinoa macaroni $8 savings, organic cauliflower fusilli $8 savings. I am so grateful that Costco carries these foods. I save about $1000 a year off of organic gluten and dairy free items. Thank you for showing your review. I look forward to Costco expanding their line up and adding some of your unique items to Columbus, Ohio's warehouse! Have a great week everyone!
the mateos salsa is bomb!! i work at costco and unfortunately on the price sign for the salsa there is an asterisk on the top right. the asterisk indicates that they won’t be bringing it back once it’s gone. so stock up girl! lol just something to look at when buying as a heads up :)
Hey Becca! Just did a Costco run and got most of the things on this list! My store in Louisiana didn’t have the marinara, the Siggi’s yogurt, and the avocado oil spray. Can’t wait to try the Kodiac Pancake mix. And this is the crazy part- when I was looking over my receipt when we got in the car, I got to the bottom and my cashier’s name was Rebecca B. NOT EVEN LYING! Lol 😂 Hope you have a blessed day!!
Love this kind of video. I hardly ever go through Costco without a shopping cart or when it isn't crowded....so it's easy to miss out on some good finds.
I get a lot of the same things but I didn’t know about the frozen avocado or avocado oil for cooking. A lady today told me you can freeze hummus in smaller portions. Love the tips and the candy suggestion.😆
I bought that peanut butter off your recommendation and it is sooooo good!!! I had no idea about what hydrogenated oils were before watching “the skinny on peanut butter” video you made! Now my whole family switched from a JIF to Kirkland😂 Love your channel! Super interesting and motivating👌
My favourite things from Costco are the canned black beans, chickpeas, tomato paste and canned diced tomatoes and they're ALL organic! Also the hummus, walnuts, big container of strawberries and their organic baby spinach.
I love to get my brown rice and quinoa from Costco, the environmentally friendly laundry detergent and dish detergent is good and i love the raw nuts and nut blends that they have
mrsbeerobb I like Trader Joe's lavender laundry soap so much more. The scent is so beautiful and fresh, doesn't trigger my allergies at all. The Costco soaps do. Plus, it's 100% biodegradable.
Love this! My boyfriend & I just bought a house and will be doing our own grocery shopping soon, so this gave me so many ideas for healthy food staples!
The pronunciation of the "a" in the Rao's marinara sauce is the long a, "ray oh's". It's a famous restaurant in east Harlem that's pretty difficult to get a table at. It's small and always full.
My Costco has 6 packs of GTS kombucha for a really good price ... the big bottles at Whole Foods may be a bit cheaper ( I haven’t done the math) but I don’t live near one so this is the best deal for me! Also love their salad kits 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
@beccabristow Just wanted to mention the sound on this video. Your voice vs the sound snipets are totally different levels of volume. The sound snipets are really loud in comparrison to your voice, so maybe more balancing of the sound might be good for the next video.
There are these chocolate bars called JoJo's gilt free chocolate and they are BOMB!!! It's 70% dark chocolate, gluten free, has 5g of protein a bar, 160 calories, and only 8g of sugar! They aren't little bite sizes, they are full size candy bars!! I have tried all the "healthy sweets", and these are by far the best I've ever had. The company was also made by a breast cancer survivor who was inspired to make healthy alternatives for chemo patients with major sugar cravings (thats apparently a common side effect from treatment), which I think is so cool.
Love costco!! I also like getting the giant box of organic spinach its huuuge and its only like $5 dlls, they have really good deals with produce like sweet potato or regular potatoes and they last so long, but we pretty much get the similar stuff! haha also great wine deals :D
i loved watching this Costco... ahhh not haul. Hope to see more when you find new finds. And of course your hubby is funny trying to sneak stuff into the cart. haha
This was incredibly helpful! I like this format - touring the store and showing your favorites and recommendations instead of bringing it home and explaining there.

Have you tried the la croix sparkling water? I think it’s terrible and have been wanting to try the spindrif, to see if it’s better.
I’m loving the grocery series! Please keep sharing your tips! You are always a true pleasure to watch and I have learned a lot from you. Thank you so much! 💖
Loved this video! Next to the hummus they have small cups of chicken salad, it's my favorite thing from Costco such an easy on the go snack!
The avocado oil and maple syrup is literally the best deal ever compared to normal stores! Yes love these videos!
I just LOVE Matt's support in recording & providing his own input hahaha
Hummus freezes well. I make my own and I always divvy it up into small containers and freeze it. So handy and just as good.
Thanks for the tip on Ezekiel bread!
I actually never shopped at Trader Joe’s. I’ll be going this Thursday and plan to purchase what I need. What are your recommendations for healthy lifestyle/ weight loss. Really like this style of shopping with me!
Could you do a Aldi haul (if you have a Aldi) of healthy stuff to eat?
I love Aldi too!!

Yea I switched to using Kerry gold butter about 8 months ago. I usually buy it from either COSTCO or BJ'S WHOLESALE.
Yes please do target and walmart! It would help me so much
My favourite thing that I have ever found at Cost-co has been Aussie Bites. You showed them in a haul once and I've been hooked ever since!

Karen Prinz oh my GOODNESS Costco’s price of quinoa is glorious!
Karen Prinz YES

Mateo’s salsa is my fav too and the Avocado oil as well!!
I always find it interesting how many different things are sold in different areas. Great finds 👍🏻💕👍🏻
This was great Becca! Thanks!
I LOVE Costco! This was a great video! What kind of camera do you use for filming at stores like this? The lighting and sound was great!
Who else fills up their cart with healthy food, but ends up at the food court eating junk.🍕🍦
Girlz Mom4 yess, this is the story of my life 😂
Girlz Mom4 buuut the combo has veggies on it haha
Lol!
It’s our treat for surviving Costco 💛🙌🏼
Especially Costco's pizza 🤤
LOL Matt and his candy bars
Yes! He cracks me up!

Thank you SO much for doing this video. We purchase so many of those items at Kroger but now I know we could save money buying them at Costco!!!

I love these videos! Can’t wait to see the Walmart one. Unfortunately I live in a small town and Costco is 90 miles away.
the mateos salsa is bomb!! i work at costco and unfortunately on the price sign for the salsa there is an asterisk on the top right. the asterisk indicates that they won’t be bringing it back once it’s gone. so stock up girl! lol
just something to look at when buying as a heads up :)
We love to buy pine nuts in bulk here. We can use them for pesto which we love and you can freeze the leftovers!
I'm in Ontario, Canada and the Costco pine nuts are $31 here! CRAZY! They used to be $12.99 a few years ago. Not sure what happened...
Hey Becca! Just did a Costco run and got most of the things on this list! My store in Louisiana didn’t have the marinara, the Siggi’s yogurt, and the avocado oil spray. I don’t know but I think Matt’s items he found were the healthiest of all!! Bahaha!😂
Big fan of the Kirkland's Nature's Domain Grain Free dog food. Highly rated and phenomenal price. It's comparable to Taste of the Wild
Brie B I would love to hear more about this!
Ashley Rainwater What do you want to know?!
Brie B Kirkland’s brand in comparison to Taste of the wild.
I love this video so much!!! Definitely made a shopping list while watching 💕
Just found your channel and I'm obsessed!!!💕💕💕
Love this kind of video. I hardly ever go through Costco without a shopping cart or when it isn't crowded....so it's easy to miss out on some good finds.
I get a lot of the same things but I didn’t know about the frozen avocado or avocado oil for cooking. A lady today told me you can freeze hummus in smaller portions. Love the tips and the candy suggestion.😆
Awesome as always! I'm excited to get some Almond Flour. It's so expensive everywhere else.
I also get bread, eggs, almond milk, and frozen and non-frozen veggies from there!
I love this type of video! Pls keep doing them 🤗
Haha...it kind of makes me happy that we buy most of the exact same things as you do! Not all those brands are available where I live but still.
This was great Becca! I need to join Costco!
I love when Matt is in your videos! You should have him in them more :)
I love these videos and am now so excited to see Siggi's yogurt at Costco!!! Does avocado oil have a flavor when you cook with it?
I bought that peanut butter off your recommendation and it is sooooo good!!! I had no idea about what hydrogenated oils were before watching “the skinny on peanut butter” video you made! Now my whole family switched from a JIF to Kirkland😂 Love your channel! Super interesting and motivating👌
Loved this type of video!! Can’t wait for more
Literally went and bought everything you mentioned. Thanks for the inspiration!
This was an awesome idea! I need to see if I have a Costco near me! Thank you for the tips!😊
Always love your videos, Becca!
Matt's cameos are the best, so funny!
My favourite things from Costco are the canned black beans, chickpeas, tomato paste and canned diced tomatoes and they're ALL organic! Also the hummus, walnuts, big container of strawberries and their organic baby spinach.
Becca thank you! This was fantastic. Do you know if Costco is usually cheaper with organic chicken breasts as well?
What do you think about a 10 day juice cleanses/detox, Becca!? Just curious?
I love to get my brown rice and quinoa from Costco, the environmentally friendly laundry detergent and dish detergent is good and i love the raw nuts and nut blends that they have
mrsbeerobb I like Trader Joe's lavender laundry soap so much more. The scent is so beautiful and fresh, doesn't trigger my allergies at all. The Costco soaps do. Plus, it's 100% biodegradable.

❤️❤️❤️ love these type of videos your doing! Can’t wait to shop at Costco this week! Hopefully our Costco has a lot of the items you showed! 🤞🤞
The pronunciation of the "a" in the Rao's marinara sauce is the long a, "ray oh's". It's a famous restaurant in east Harlem that's pretty difficult to get a table at. It's small and always full.
Also love to get organic eggs, organic coconut oil, avocados, Brussel sprouts, raw nuts, and frozen organic veggies from Costco 🙏🏽 loved the leg kick.
Liked this video before I started watching because I love this series!! 💗🥦🍇
Yes Costco is on point with the matcha green to eat the seaweed chips the cacao all that good stuff
I sampled the multigrain tortilla chips today in store with some hummus and loved them! They were $2 off too so I bought 2 bags 😅
AMAZING!!!! Love this idea. Its actually so helpful! Great series
My Costco has 6 packs of GTS kombucha for a really good price ... the big bottles at Whole Foods may be a bit cheaper ( I haven’t done the math) but I don’t live near one so this is the best deal for me! Also love their salad kits 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Love that salsa and love the chosen foods avo oil!
@beccabristow Just wanted to mention the sound on this video. Your voice vs the sound snipets are totally different levels of volume. The sound snipets are really loud in comparrison to your voice, so maybe more balancing of the sound might be good for the next video.
Btw sometimes TJMaxx has the avocado oil for a lil’ cheaper! 👍
I was just saying I want to try avocado oil. I will have to check there!
Thanks so much for educating us! More please.
Great video! Would love to see Walmart next! 😁
I LOVE THESE TYPES OF VIDS
