Would love if for a week you vlogged your dinner meals into a video so we could see where you got the recipe, your ingredients and you cooking and trying it!!! Loved your henna from your oily trip:) Stay you 😘
Becca do you have an entire house tour or plan on doing one? I loved your living room decor video and would love to see how you've decorated the rest of the house!
If you have prime and you go to Whole Foods, they scan your account and save more money than usuals going into whole foods. Last time I went I got an extra $12 off my total!
I agree about Whole Foods. I like to get our produce and meat for sure there. My boys and I volunteer at a food pantry on the weekends and on our day is Whole Foods donation day. We are in charge of stocking the food. We definitely see some interesting things come into the pantry. I have learned to recognize some very unique fruits and vegetables. It is nice because sometimes there is way too much food to store and we can bring it home.
I always feel like I spend so much compared to my friends. But when you said around $140 it made me feel so much better! I buy almost all organic foods too so it's totally worth it to me. Thank you for sharing! I love these videos.
Girl you are going to love that canned salmon. I prefer using it instead of tuna and I basically just take a serving of that canned salmon and mix it with some mashed avocado for a healthier "tuna salad" type of sandwich. SO yummy and pretty affordable!
What kind of cereal does Matt like? My husband only eats fruit loops and other sugary ones. Any recommendations on healthier cereals other than puffins?:)
Loved this haul! It’s so interesting seeing a dietitian’s choices at the grocery store. How do you feel about buying local eggs or milk from a farmers market? I assume they’re mostly organic but they’re not regulated. I’m concerned about sanitation.
Great video!! But I have a question. Do you not worry about eating white flour, like the organic pasta? I try not to eat that plus no processed sugars. I’ll use almond or coconut flours. Just curious what you think. 🤔🤔. Thank you.
loving henna tattoo on your hand!! our big holiday coming on 20th cant wait to get my tattoo done its our tradition to do it on big days weddings, Eid and more!!:)awesome haul as always:)
Have you tried oat milk? I need to get a good recipe. I nurse my newborn baby girl (I sent you pics of her on IG hehe) and am trying to avoid milk, and I don’t really like almond milk or coconut milk lol. I had an oat milk latte the other day and it was amazing!
Joan Stump if you have a prime account you supposedly get a discount at Whole Foods because they are owned by Amazon now. Don’t know how it works though...
Buying some of this stuff from Whole Foods is so wasteful. Why not just buy stuff like organic produce and pasta from Trader Joes? Most of this stuff is also found in organic versions at Trader Joes too. If you really eat that much organic food, you could buy the non-perishables from Costco for a better deal as well. Whole foods is good for meat or certain items you can't find in other stores, but overall it is a ripoff.
I love Trader Joe's but sometimes the quality of their produce is not the best. And the things that i would prefer to get from Whole Foods vs Trader Joe's is actually surprisingly close in price.
Make sure the pignolas are not sourced in china. I once had some that were and developed a very intense metallic taste in my mouth that lasted for 2 weeks. I always check now.
OMG..... I do NOT like dark chocolate.. it’s sooooo gross! I bought some of the dark chocolate salted almonds today.... THEY ARE SOOOOOO GOOD!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰 I think I’m in trouble now...
Hi, you buy so many organic things but I notice you get Siggi's yogurt. I don't think that brand is organic. I thought organic dairy is better for you?
"Our products don’t contain any of those dreadful artificial sweeteners. We only use milk from family farms who do not use growth hormones like rBST." High protein with great ingredients.
Those pine nuts (though fab and yummy) would add around $20 to the bill, the chocolate almonds were not budget either. She is also buying for 2 people.
Of course non-organic and missing items is cheaper anywhere, how would it not? Aldi has some good deals, but the produce section is limited, unreliable variety, and no fair trade tomatoes or bananas. It's a roll of the dice if they have what I need or not. Even with a victorious trip to Aldi, saving around $7 a haul, not $60, I still need to go to Whole Foods, Kroger, and Costco anyway.
Hi! Please a video on dairy!! Yo are one of the only healthy eater influencers out there that consume animal milk....i´m pretty sick of hearing its the devil.
Lia Crovetto it is the devil. Milk is very acidic and eats the calcium from your bones instead of doing the opposite. Dr. Greger here on TH-cam has a video on calcium in milk. ❤️
Can you share the recipe for the broccoli lemon pasta? Sounds so yummy
Instablaster...
i love that you say what you are making with your groceries it helps inspire meal ideas for me :)
Question: when you buy your chicken, meat, ground turkey, etc for the week do you freeze it or do you leave it in your fridge?
These are some of my favorite types of videos from you! Thanks for the great content :)
Ashley Hutton same!

Grocery hauls are my favorite lol... definitely gives me ideas of what to pick up in my next trip!
Love your grocery hauls and what I eat in a day!!! Question how do you take advantage of the deals if you’re a prime member ? Never heard of this!!!

Do you ever do a farmer's market haul? That would be cool to see
I always feel like I spend so much compared to my friends. But when you said around $140 it made me feel so much better! I buy almost all organic foods too so it's totally worth it to me. Thank you for sharing! I love these videos.
How do you use the canned salmon?
How do you feel about Butcher Box for protein?
Great video. When my bananas start to get too ripe I peel and cut them and then freeze them. Then use for smoothie. Makes a perfectly frothy drink!
Love the family calendar! Where did you get it?
I would love to see a video about dairy. Specifically milk.
Girl you are going to love that canned salmon. I prefer using it instead of tuna and I basically just take a serving of that canned salmon and mix it with some mashed avocado for a healthier "tuna salad" type of sandwich. SO yummy and pretty affordable!
I love seeing your hauls. Gives me so many great ideas
Absolutely love these videos from you! Beautiful henna!!! You look gorgeous!
What kind of cereal does Matt like? My husband only eats fruit loops and other sugary ones. Any recommendations on healthier cereals other than puffins?:)
Where did you get that awesome family calendar chalkboard behind you?!?! Its beautiful!
Loved this haul! It’s so interesting seeing a dietitian’s choices at the grocery store. How do you feel about buying local eggs or milk from a farmers market? I assume they’re mostly organic but they’re not regulated. I’m concerned about sanitation.

Try the chocolate covered coconut almonds. So good!
i love the triple cream yogurt. the lemon is really good as well
Try the seeduction bread from whole foods in the bakery! it's amaaazingggg for avocado toast!
love these types of videos!
Could you show us how you make your sweet potato fries!? It's always 50/50 when I make them :)
Becca, where is your chalkboard from in the background of this video? I love!!
I am always so curious... where did you get your Bristow calendar in your background? I love it!
Is it strange that I still get excited when u post a video even after these years? 😂😂 Sending love from South Africa ❤️❤️
Have you tried their hair and nails vitamin ?
I’ve had that wild planet salmon and it’s so good! A great tuna fish sandwhich/salad substitute
That is a good grocery bill with all of the organic that you get! 🙌
Hello fellow RD! Wondering what you thought of the salmon, if you've eaten it?
The henna on your hand looks nice.
Any ideas on the soy lecithin added to the almonds?
Love your grocery hauls & food related videos! 🍉🍌🍊🍓🥦🥑🥕🌽🍠🍇🍎🍍
I would love to see the broccoli lemon pasta
Thanks to you, I buy the dark chocolate covered almonds every time we go! ;)
Best almonds on the planet 🙌🏻
Have you tried oat milk? I need to get a good recipe. I nurse my newborn baby girl (I sent you pics of her on IG hehe) and am trying to avoid milk, and I don’t really like almond milk or coconut milk lol. I had an oat milk latte the other day and it was amazing!
Also, are all sweet potato varieties equal in nutrition?
I just posted a Trader Joe's haul! Loved your recommendations! I've never tried the dark chocolate almonds!
If you like the canned salmon, Costco has it. Kirkland brand wild caught Alaskan. 5 cans of course
Sam’s Club has the best canned salmon!! It’s the Kirkland brand and is by far the best tasting one I’ve tried!
Might have missed it but have you done a pregnancy update in a while?! Like a q&a? I'd love to hear more about your experience
The Grain Brain book would be very useful for you...♡
I have had the salmon, its really good!
I picked up the same canned salmon yesterday! I like the skipjack version as well.
What is Matt’s smoothie recipe?
I just picked up a Japanese sweet potato for variety.
What lipstick are you wearing??😍
What do you mean about prime?
Joan Stump if you have a prime account you supposedly get a discount at Whole Foods because they are owned by Amazon now. Don’t know how it works though...

I irked when you said how much you spend but I'm also a college student so I guess my budget is nowhere near comparable to yours LOL
Surta Dave I shop at Aldi and that $123 would’ve cost me $60 at most. Not all organic but they’re getting more and more organic choices!
I am a huge rice and beans type of gal but I like to splurge on stuff like berries and a couple specialty items
Those pine nuts (though fab and yummy) would add around $20 to the bill, the chocolate almonds were not budget either. She is also buying for 2 people.

It helps when you stick to the dirty dozen list for organic produce. Things like cantaloupe and bananas don’t really need to be organic.
Love this ❤️
I love your videos!! Hope you are doing well :)
Do you guys think she reads our commend bc I haven’t seen any responses lately
I bought those almonds and me and my fiance smashed the whole box 😂😂 we're too fat for those lmao
Will you ever show your baby bump , and what are you having
oh wow, so much sentence articulation
YOu have HEnna!
First 😃
Is she a doctor?
