Great Video, thanks for the upload👍 I've made Barbacoa a few times.... 1) Use beef broth instead of water 2) Pour your beer in blender to rinse out the sauce 3) Smash your garlic cloves to heat up the natural oils 4) Add very small amount of beer to pan to deglaze the fond, pour into blender.

I would love to but tbh right now my kids need all my time and attention owning a restaurant will require my full attention and atm I can’t afford that 😅 my Tia and Tio owned their restaurant and I saw how much time it was required it’s very rewarding but my kids only need me for this stage of their life and I don’t want to miss it 😊maybe once they are grown in Gods will 🙏🏽
