Why does he need to act like a pro and take off his ring? He's not in a kitchen or prepping food all day.. I think you are missing the whole point of his show and what he's trying to do.
I literally made this yesterday for dinner. So good!
Sam: Let’s say you want to make Barbacoa 🌮 🌮 but you don’t feel like digging a pit, putting all the dirt on the side, burying the meat. Filling it back up and then letting it cook for hours and hours and hours, what do you do? Me: You pressure cook that Shit!
Best episode ever! Well done gentlemen.
Sir. Buy a lemon squeezer. lol. My ancestors haven’t squeezed lemons by hand for centuries. Lol
You must have weak hands
@@latinlingo44 👏🏼👏🏼😂
Sam, I made these tacos last night and I really was so impressed
I want a sam the cooking guy fine dining challenge episode where you don’t cook easy too make things for us instead we get to see u suffer cooking stupidly complicated things
It will never happen. Sam has literally no knowledge of cooking technique.
@@akasgsvirgil9503 yet somehow makes incredible dishes 😂😂
@@bredockschannel7331 yeah, if your culinary preference consists of Taco Bell and McBowels. If this guy was an employee in one of his restaurants, he'd get fired.
@@akasgsvirgil9503 Sam can make delicious food, leagues better that Mickie D's or American knock off tacos you find at that bell. He intentionally makes easy dishes because he wants people to make their own food at home.
@@bredockschannel7331 Sam lacks a fundamental understanding of cooking. Period. He has no concept of building depth of flavor. He has no understanding of how the Maillard Process works. His mise en place is terrible and his safe food handling is even worse.
He thinks the knife that he's using in this video is a filet knife. Its a boning knife....huge difference.
His knife skills are absolutely terrifying.
In a video not too long ago, he dropped food on the ground, picked it up and used it. When he was called out by many viewers, he made it a point in his next video to say that it didn't matter because he was home. No. He's holding himself out as a professional. Professional chefs do not use food that's touched the floor regardless of where they are. Do you think Doctors only wash their hands after taking a shit while at work?
What makes this guy popular are two things: 1) he has a great personality and viewers find him very likeable and relatable; and 2) the people who watch his videos don't know any better.
Buddy had a whole moment. FOODGASM!!! 🤤
I’m shocked he didn’t put some color on the meat before putting in pressure cooker. He always does
Man Sam the cooking guy, you helped me make my first barbacoa batch and it was amazing!! Thank you so much. I almost gave up eating barbacoa cause of all the fat. From now on I will lean it out and make it at home on Sunday's!!
Tell Kelly she had forgotten her red thong at my house last week can you have her come grab them my wife will get mad
Wtf...
Funny man, huh? Nobodies laughing
Sam knows hes ok with it
Those barbacoa tacos look oh so delicious! I need these in my life ASAP!
Made this over the weekend and it was outstanding. I couldn't find beef cheek, but just used chuck roast meet and it was great. So easy to make in the pressure cooker. The tomatillo salsa is also outstanding. My next adventure is the Birria tacos. I'm waiting on Amazon to deliver my dried chiles tomorrow.
You know its good when he has no words
Thank you for using beef cheek! Authentic barbacoa must come from the cow's head. Beef cheek is the best beef taco! Thanks Sam!
That looks goooood!!!! I’ve never made home made tomatillo sauce. Can’t wait to make it!
I didn't know beef cheeks could taste so good Sam, I will definitely try this one. Thank you man. 😎🌮👍
Sitting by a pool visiting mom at her winter snowbird place taking in the pool watching good food made, yum. I cannot wait till I make my mom the Filet mignon with bacon wrapped it will be good!
the reaction to the bite is so funny. nice EP
sam's personality is gold
Sam...this is one I will definitely try. Thanks buddy!
great show guys, and awesome looking Barbacoa!
Love the ending!! As AB always say don’t over talk it!
Love your channel. Tried most of your recipes. You make me laugh and chuckle. I love that.
I love it when you say. Put three of these garlic cloves in ..(puts in 4) .... put a little onion in (puts half an onion)... put one bay leaf in (puts two in and says well... they are only small)
Love to all from Wales 🏴 UK
Just made this! My house smells freaking amazing!
I need that salsa in my life. And as soon as I get a pressure cooker I'm making this dish.
Omg that taco looks so amazing! That is perfection for sure ^^ Thank you so much for sharing this
And that’s why you see a Valentines Day gift of 20 tacos in the shape of a heart.
This should be a Not Not Tacos specialty, if it isn’t already.
FYI, tomatillos raw are sooooo good. Tastes like a green apple/green grape. Slice or dice on a fresh salad. Yum!!!
I'm from the tip of Texas where these tacos are life on a Saturday-Sunday morning. I have to say you did an awesome job at these.. I personally don't care for the mexican oregano and it could be eliminated, but you were pretty spot on.
I usually only do garlic, bay leaf, salt and liquid smoke.. but I've only done it in slow cooker.. just got my first pressure cooker and curious since it's only an hour or so, maybe it needs the extra seasonings? Idk but I'm going to try😂
Whoever show you how to made that salsa was a ridding a bike with a basket full of tacos , (TACOS DE CANASTA ) thats is the type of sauce they use for those tacos , its freaking amazing , and it is also used in TACOS DE CACHETE .. Mexico city here!
13:53 “right therrr” finally paying homage to the southern folks!
Im litteraly making these today... my brisket is on the pressure cooker already!!!👍🇵🇷
I use brisket as well!
you aint making this then, you making brisket tacos with the same ingredients. chuckroast or beef cheek is barbacoa. not brisket. nice try fellas
Hi Sam. I made this today and is muy bueno! I put less cumin since I know is a bit stronger and it was really good! Gracias!
I have been left drooling, speechless and hungry! 🤤🤭😋
I’m so making this this weekend. Sam you have done it again!
ugh can’t wait to try this recipe!!! looks AMAZING
you never cease to amaze me this must be another recipe to try. How come the lads are so quiet? Thanks.
