A lot of adults have a problem with co-parenting cause they haven't matured and still stuck on THEIR gratification instead of the child's (who didn't ask to be here)

People are humans. Having kids doesn't stop the need for gratification.
Your just perpetuating the idea that your life stops once you have kids. Which is part of the reason so many people are choosing not to have them.

This is the dumbest shit I have ever heard. You talk about self-gratification being immature, when self-gratification is the reason why many women get divorced. If you really want to co-parent & put the children first, you should've worked on the marriage.

The red flag for me was when she said everyone took his side on the DV accusations. I think she definitely not as innocent as she is trying to portray on her behind. “We had some words and it happened quickly”. She definitely got him to that point. I do think he was short patient in his demeanor and lacks strong control of his emotions but she definitely was part of the problem. The story about the dog also was a red flag.

It’s not that you don’t know your partner until they have kids, a lot of people don’t know who they are going to be when they have kids. Everything before that is speculation. No matter how much you try to get to know someone ahead of time, the truth is you never fully know someone bc you don’t know who that person is going to be when they lose their job, house catch on fire, car get stolen, car accident, sickness/injury, death. All of those things change a person.

What she doesn't seem to understand is that if you push a man until he's almost out of control, he might grab you by the neck because he's still trying not to hurt you seriously. If he didn't care or thought he could get away with it and wanted to really hurt you, he'd start hitting you like you were a man.

I suspect, women are statistically more likely to be married to troubled men, then men are to be married to troubled women. So it's not shocking to me that more women need to get out than men do on average.
-20% of men are addicts vs 7% women
-25% of men cheat vs 13% women
-10-30% of all men commit domestic violence at some point in their lifetime vs 10-20% women
-Nearly 1 in 5 women (18.3%) and 1 in 71 men (1.4%) have been raped in their lifetime.
-93.3% of inmates are male, while 6.7% are female
I'd also like to add the core motivations for the feminist movement was to grant women equal rights in the workforce, in large part because countless women suffered in horrible marriages and couldn't leave and support themselves. Unfortunately bad men have always existed. My great grandmother has huge lumps on her outer wrists. I learned later in life it was because her husband threw her out of a 3rd story window and she broke her arms when she hit the pavement. My other grandmother had memories of her mother taking the kids and standing outside a hotel in the morning with her children waiting for her husband to come outside after having been with his mistress. Another great grandmother took on the cause of abolishing alcohol and was as a teetotaler because her husband spent all the money on alcohol and they literally couldn't feed their children. My great aunt suffered from domestic violence and became catatonic and put in a mental ward. Her 7 children all ended up in an orphanage. I think what we're seeing today, largely is what would've happened all along had women had the option to leave troubled men. There's also the domestic labor part of the equation. The average working full-time married woman with children puts in 3 hours a day in domestic labor while her husband averages less than an hour. I think some women are exhausted and feel taken for granted and decide they're better off doing it alone and file for divorce.
If you're an upstanding man who prioritizes finding an upstanding woman with character you really don't need to be paranoid about divorce. If you have struggle to stay out of trouble and make good choices you should worry about your mate reaching a breaking point. Go get help and find community at church or in support groups that'll help you be a better person. If you didn't have great role models when you were young take a course on healthy relationships or find a counselor to acquire these skills, and look for a partner who's got these skills to build a life with if you're seeking a long term mate. Having a healthy supportive relationship is one of the best things life can offer. I'm rooting for you!

we know why women file for divorce 80% of the time. They can now leave due women being able to take care of themselves now, they can now leave if being cheated on or abused, men dont believe that household chores are their responsibility too, also men are refusing to open up and express their feelings, thats a miscommunication in the relationship and thats not fair to the woman either. Notice how men will stay with a woman he doesnt trust to express his feelings too but most women will leave if they didnt feel safe

Your a clown, most men do house chores (women believe men should work 10 hours a day and do all house work as well). Women get divorce because its easy, didnt the lawyer say that the money to pay her legal fees comes the the family aka from her and her soon to be ex husband, meaning you are paying your lawyer and hers. Its women get paid to leave at the expense of the husband, once all the battery life is use up, off to the next victim. The only benefit men get from marriage is children, thats assuming the wife doesnt poison the mind of the child. If you hate men, just say.
