I think part of why all of the villain’s dialogue is adr is because they hired a middle eastern man from Northern Africa to play a character who’s supposed to have some kind of South American accent

Well, that's weird. I saw this movie a month ago. I was intrigued by all the media hype. And I knew it has a really bad IMDB rating. I was ready for some hilarious and amazing cringe. But this movie wasn't that bad. It was just average. That was a huge disappointment for me.
48:42 I applaud the self-awareness to be able to step back and realize this is all the movie's fault. It's like the pink goo from Ghost Busters II... this movie is clearly the work of Vigo the Carpathian and the embodiment of NYC's negative emotions.
I also just recently watched Madame Web (because my local public library had a copy of it) and it was a tough one to get through, so I'm right there with you about how bad this movie didn't have to be, but was...... this movie doesn't need to exist. The spider-women are only in their costumes in visions......

Im hoping I can shed some light, they kept changing the script throughout the entire movie and that's why the ADR is so bad, moreover with madame webb and morbius doing so horribly, sony cancelled their venomverse so kraken the hunter and vemon 3 will be the last sony made spider movies. They also let up on the multiverse plot line for Tom Holland 4th movie but was given a multiverse post credit scene instead. Also not sure if this is confirmed but I think tom hardy venmon may cross over because Kevin Feige likes is iteration of the character.
Just about everything was atrocious about this movie from the writing and bad acting, and I know I will get some hate for saying this, but I did actually think that some of the cinematography was really cool.

We are hesitant to react to anything that's Fan Made. Mostly because we are content creators ourselves and if we don't like it I would hate to poop all over someone's hard work, but do you think it's good? We may give it a go if enough people say it's good.
