    I've been wanting to make this recipe for forever and I finally made it! I put them in little mason jars and gave them as housewarming gifts for our new neighbors. They loved it, and they didn't even know it was vegan!

    This looks so delicious. I haven’t found vegan whipped cream here in the US yet. My daughter doesn’t like coconut (for a coconut whip) but I’ll check more into it. Would love to try out this recipe.

      Check out Walmart if you have it in your area! They have a silk vegan heavy whipping cream there :)

      Ciao :-) Si si, puoi frullare la salsa se vuoi. Se è solo di lamponi non ce ne è bisogno, ma se sono frutti di bosco misti meglio frullarla un po'.

      Tanto tempo fa la margarina veniva fatta con grassi vegetali idrogenati per farla diventare simile al burro (anche chiamati grassi trans) e a causa del processo di idrogenazione (ovvero dal passaggio da liquidi a solidi) producevano delle sostanze tossiche all'organismo. Oggi però le margarine non sono più fatte con grassi idrogenati (non è permesso per legge) ma questa cosa che la margarina fa male è rimasta.
      In commercio in Italia trovi tante margarine, nessuna con grassi idrogenati quindi vai sul sicuro. La maggior parte sono fatte con olio di oliva, di cocco, e a volte di palma. Olio di cocco e di palma sono grassi saturi, quindi se vuoi evitare grassi saturi leggi l'etichetta e evita cocco e palma. Tutto qui.

    Gorgeous! Does anyone here knows what stores in US sell vegan whipping cream? Would it work to replace it with coconut cream?

      Hi Helen, yes you could replace it with coconut milk but when you use coconut milk you should only use the fat solid part, not the watery part. Make sure you chill the can of coconut milk before so that it's easier to scoop out the solid part.

    Ps. La panna hopla rosa "con la soia" ha solamente qualcosa come lo 0,5% di proteine della soia rispetto a quella normale verde, quindi se costa di più sappi che è praticamente tutta pubblicità

    Ciao, ottima ricetta! Vorrei chiedere se per rendere la cheese cake più "gelatinosa" e solida, il "torta gel" vada bene e se sia vegano/vegetale? Lo trovo con questo nome nei supermercati e gli ingredienti non specificano ingredienti animali ed online non trovo molto...

      Ciao Stan, non so se il torta gel sia vegano, probabilmente no. Puoi provare agar agar, ma ti complica un po' la ricetta. Io ho provato e alla fine l'ho preferita senza gelificanti :-)

      This one is a pre-made one with a mix of soy protein, coconut, and other vegetable fats (non hydrogenated) ❤️🙏😄 You could potentially make it with a home-made coconut whipped cream.

      Se vuoi puoi sostituire lo zucchero con altri dolcificanti. Tipo eritritolo, oppure datteri frullati ridotti in poltiglia ❤️

    Al posto del formaggio spalmabile si può utilizzare lo yogurt? Nel mio paese il formaggio veg non esiste😒..comunque si, mi rispondo da sola.. Io lo userò ✌

      Ahah, ciao cece, se utilizzi lo yogurt ti consiglio di farlo sgocciolare una notte in frigo. Basta che lo metti in un panno da cucina pulito e che non sappia di detersivo, e in un colino a sgocciolare. Sarà tipo mascarpone e regge meglio la consistenza.
