Pressure cookers boil water at a higher temp not lower temp generally the water will get around 120c(250f) due to the atmosphere being at a higher pressure
A big one for me is remember how you're going to make your sauce before you start. If you're deglazing or reducing with cream etc. I often use too much fat in the cooking process, which ends up causing my sauce to separate or spoil in some fashion.

Low pressure i.e. at altitude or even lower in a vacuum will cause liquids to boil at a lower temperature. In a vacuum water will boil at room temperature. Apart from that everything else was great.

I wish I had a guide like this 30 years ago/ it would have stopped a lot of crappy meals. People who don’t taste and salt their food drive me nuts- my mom and my wife and others cook like salt is poison! (Same with fat) their food is bland and it in a good way. I’m tired of sneaking salt into their food! SALT AS YOU GO!

Honestly, the MSG thing wasn't so much racism as the fact that it was an acronym that made it look/sound like it was some artficial chemical created in a lab that was bad for you; some people have also claimed that it gives them headaches but that can be a multitude of factors as well as genetics in the person that leave them prone to headaches and migraines.
Just another food for thought. You could purposefully mess up a dish in the process of cooking it. Showing your audience how to fix it to the best of your ability. Could bring in the wife as a tester. Random thought.

It works great on fried chicken and maybe maybe processed stuff and that's kinda it. Not sure it has any race component. Most people just want to eat.

5:19 Actually other way around. Pressure increases the boiling point hence allowing the temperature to go over 100 C which cooks the food faster
