So even if you beat this game on Hard, you don't get extra stages to get the true ending?
This is what past Contra games always do but Galuga doesn't seem to do so which is dissapointing
I don't think they always do this. Contra 3 and Contra 4 are the only Contra games that actually did this on Hard. Contra Shattered Soldier required you to play on at least Normal to beat the game. Contra ReBirth can be done on Normal and actually needed you to beat it on Hard to unlock Nightmare difficulty. Those 4 games I listed are the only ones that require either Normal or Hard for the extra stages/full endings.

@@SolCresta3405In the wiki specifically for this game apparently it's either Gava or Java.
@@mitu123Copper If it’s the Wiki someone made the wrong edit. I think this boss is clearly meant to be Gava given the eyes are a weak point and the one-eyed brain that pops out of its head.
@@SolCresta3405Yes, this is why I'm leaning towards Gava more. Those are the exact reasons plus I don't think it's Java at all.
