Snap On Stubby Ratcheting Screwdriver Warranty Replacement. Snap On promised. Snap On Delivered!

My beloved Snap On Stubby Ratcheting Screwdriver was skipping a beat. I contacted Snap On and they sent out a Warranty Replacement right way, no other questions asked. In the meantime, I disassembled my misfiring stubby to see if I could squeeze anymore life out of it. Too bad Snap On doesn't make a field repair kit.

Yeah I was surprised they didn’t want the old broken screwdriver back. I was able to buy a replacement gear drive and snapring kit for $20 on eBay. My snapring snapped off and the screwdriver came apart. All snapon has to do was send me a new snapring. Maybe a few snaprings since they’re super flimsy.

Hmmm.. I warrantied one of those full size articulated ratcheting drivers a while back & they sent the replacement sans shank, bits or box.

Great job. I have the hardest time letting go of tools, knives more so, seems like manufacturers are so quick to discontinue the ones I want to double up on. That benchmade knife is beautiful too.
