  • When you overcome alcohol addiction, you can’t just break free without cost.
Once you're addicted, you can't simply remove it and chill out. It creates something inside, and when it disappears, a void or emptiness occurs.
Your task now is to fill this void, and in this video, I'm providing the best solution I've found for myself, starting my Sober Living.

Sometimes success looks like a roller coaster. Not a straight line up. Take it as information and see what you can learn from it

I just learned a good tip. "Everyone slips on recovery. Just don't let that slip turn into a slide."

I did not expect that, 100% true, gym is something that gives me a hope to drop dope :) Take care, greetings from Poland!

U make a very good point here. The craving for alcohol can be re-directed or re-channeled. Thanks for the video.

19 days without drinking, longest I've gone in a decade. Struggling with heavy depression and lack of motivation to do anything. Trying to get another job and started going to AA after I was hospitalized for detox. It's an uphill battle, but I've been trying to work out every day. Thank you for making videos for those of us struggling with sobriety.

Working out is key, try boxing/mma/bjj or some kind of martial art 👍 it helps believe me

While everything on sobriety and recovery I have seen pushes healthy habits, gym, yoga, etcetera, your video has helped me realize that maybe Timing is also a key component here. Thanks Nik.

i feel naked at a bar with friends without a drink in my hand. My main reason to drink is just to fit in.

Non alcoholic drinks are a game changer, the drunker the people get they wont realise your not even drinking, then you wake up fresh the next morning & go to the gym or a walk or run or whatever & they are hungover & sick all day 👍

@@obbhoy Thanks! Never thought about this, usually had a water bottle or a coke and that was worse than being empty handed.
