    Notes for myself x
    1. Know your values
    2. Practice self reflection (do personality tests to start and get to know yourself)
    3. Have a self reflection routine

After starting to live life more intentionally, I ask myself often why somebody WOULDN'T live like this after all 😄 like now it's so obvious that if you want to be happy and feel fulfilled, you need to be intentional of your choices, especially the big ones! Wish you a beautiful day ❤

Oh my gosh, yesss! Your section on Boxes and Labels and how destructive they are...is so real for me and my clients. Because most of my clients are Type A, they use boxes and labels to keep track of things so that they can keep moving at the speed of light and hiding in "over action" instead of looking a little bit closer to what is actually happening under the label. When we take away the labels and just get mindful, boom, we win at the Game of Life. Such an awesome video, thank you for sharing this.

    Courage over comfort
    Focus on solutions not problems
Change what you can accept what you can’t
Treat everything you do as an experiment

Thank you so much for these inspiring videos. I've been trying to make improvements to myself and I struggle with being kind to myself. Ever since following you I've been getting better and better and loving myself more. Much love to you and this channel! 💛

Know your values in order to be the person you want to be (whats important to you, what causes strong emotions)
Translate values into actions and behaviours
    Answer big questions honestly
    Develop self-awareness
Take personality/ attachment style tests for reflection
Work with the parts of yourself you have been taught to hide

I was Looking for videos last night about how to identify my values. None of them broke it down in a way that made sense to me as she did: identifying the events that caused large emotions.
I needed this video right now. Excited to journal and read the recommended book

Hey I find your videos super helpful and I was wondering if you'd consider putting the index or the timestamps? my adhd makes it really hard to focus when things are not segmented. I usually have to rewatch so many times, but I love your content.

My ideal day at work would look so chill, with my clients (i am in special needs Care) And painting, and cooking and baking and just living life with them to the fullest, but instead we wear full body suits to prevent covid infection, nothing is allowed, no body contact, no group activities, and no matter how much i love my job, it's just so frustrating, and I cannot do *anything* about it ... So trying to work as intentional as possible with the circumstances that are given to me...
Thank you so much for your inspiring videos, i believe they help me improve my life and my quality of life

Could you make a video where you illustrated intentional living? For example a week of intentional living where your values are freedom and simplicity and teaching and giving and growth. In a realistic honest every day kind of way... not an ideal ...sometimes...day.

There’s a band called Sleeping At Last that actually wrote a song for each of the Enneagram types! He also has a podcast on each of the songs.

So much impact in this video 💘 thank you. I am going to take this as a step by step guide, and reflect on this over summer as I will have more time. The VIA values inventory is another very good self reflection tool from positive psychology!
